I baked my first cake today. I was stuck for the cake recipe that I am after, so had to ask YouTube. Apologies if you don't speak german, but it is basically a lady doing an apple cake.
The ingredients were clearly listed:
50 g Butter
2 Eggs
150 g Sugar
150 ml Milk
250 g Flour
4 Apples
Cinnamon and brown sugar
until you got to the very nebulous "1 pack of baking powder". Like whoa, how much is that in grams. But anyways, the cake mix seemed a lot runnier than the one in the YouTube video. Here it is before being baked.
and here it is after it came out of the oven, ready to cool down.
I'll let you know how it all tasted.
