I reckon it's going to be awesome! Written by Stone and Parker and made by the New Vegas team.
The five classes are: Fighter, Mage, Thief, Cleric and Jew,
It's clearly going to be pure awesome. -

May next year now (not March) I have a bad feeling about this not coming out. I so hope it does, the vids look great. Such a rich history to plunder

Registered 10 years agoThe problem I have with most RPGs is having an emotional attachment to the characters and caring about the story is basically at the heart of enjoying the experience, and generally speaking, I struggle to get there. That's why KoToR was so good for me. The whole Star Wars thing just meant I was already 90% there.
So yeah, a South Park RPG that's actually been written by Stone and Paker really gets me excited. And the knowledge that Obsidian know how to put a game together gets me really excited. This has huge potential. -

Registered 6 years agoYep it's Obsidian so it'll almost certainly be great. Having Stone and Parker write it is awesome too...though at the same time Obsidian have some of the best writers in the business, so while Stone and Parker absolutely should write this it almost seems a waste to use Obsidian on a project they're not writing.
I have a feeling this might actually not be shonky either, rare as that is for Obsidian. -
