Any time the Metal appreciation thread pops up on the front page I automatically read it as Metaldog appreciation thread.
I also decided I don't want to get punched in the face by MD next week*, so I want to balance out my forum karma a bit. Now everyone who, like me, regularly misreads the metal thread title and who has thought "maybe there should be a Metaldog appreciation thread". Here you have it.
Feel free to wax lyrically about how much you appreciate MD. How she is part of the fabric of the EG forum. How she boldly wades into the most nasty clusterfuck shitflinging threads and brings a balanced view. Offers the "voice of reason" angle.
