They should get married and be Brian and Bryan Brown-Cox.

Their surname would be an apt description if they go bareback.

Probably the post office but unless you're ordering thousands you're looking at less than 10 between them all.

Buying roughly two grand of sterling equivalent in euros, so looking for as close to the margin as possible.

Thomas exchange is good enough, if you know the rates you can get with 50 pips from mid.

Anymore than 10k I use Forex UK.

We use bestexchange.co.uk, rates look to be similar to Thomas, bit better on some, not as good on others.

I've used Covent Garden FX both times when I've brought in a couple of thousand and they had decent rates.

I think our company use Thomas and it is occasionally atrocious. (Particularly for Chinese Yuan).

Hrmmm. Cheers guys. Will look into the rates they all offer.

Might end up getting my mate to do it through his work, get a banking staff exchange rate, see if it's any closer.

If he works in a bank and is trying to get it through them it wont be better.

Used to work in a retail bank!

Maybe not, but the value I'm looking for wouldn't make most brokers break a sweat for, so the idea of getting a good rate is pretty distant.

I might just do the stupid thing and pay for everything on card out there. Go #yolo.

Anyone got any tips on currency exchange these days?

Looking to change up around 2k into Yen.

Just wondering if these social swap type schemes (eg weswap) are any good?
