I can live without mmm mmm mmm mmm (Afternoons and Coffeespoons was a much better song) but 74-75 is a classic. Reminds me of watching The Box on telewest cable in the early 90s.

Never really seen the appeal up till now, but listening to the third Crystal Castles album (III) and....wow....

It's intense, brooding, menacing, insistent and...really rather brilliant.

    Why look, it's a blog:

Rory Gallagher: A Million Miles Away. This man knows (knew) his way around an axe, great music.

    Crystal Castles - (III)

So far bleak and desolate, but huge.

Public Service Broadcasting. They are ace. Music + documentary = win.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Fallout New Vegas OST by Inon Zur. This piece in particular I like very much:

Their EP is possibly the best release this year. 5 absolutely perfect tracks, somehow charting so many of the emotions of the second world war from beginning to end, yet with some awesome krautrock.

Some sick sounds on kiss fm whilst cashing up tills. Banging garage remix of waterfalls on earlier. Epic (don't go chasing waterfalls.....)

Neil Young's new album 'Psychedielia' I'd like to give more of an impression of a few songs, but the first song has lasted 12 mins already.

I like Neil's work, so that's no bad thing imo!

    ;-)
