Hello, got a problem someone may be able to help with.
When I make an interactive PDF from InDesign, it has clickable email hyperlinks you can set up.
The customer I've done it for say the title line reads wrong in Outlook for her, instead of "John’s user guide", she gets "John’s user guide". The apostrophe is messed up.
Is there code I should be using for the apostrophe to make it work properly?
I tried ' or ', but maybe I am inputting them wrongly.
When you are in the exported PDF, if you hover over the email address it shows: mailto:customer@example.com?subject=john’s user guide)
