    Discuss trophies and boast about platinums here!

    Anyone got a platinum yet? I imagine the welcome park thing is pretty easy to get one on, if indeed it has one.

    Do the free augmented games have trophies? I haven't bothered downloading them yet

    Welcome Park doesn't have a platinum. Only Gold at most.

    Thanks, the trophies for Uncharted, I imagine are going to a ball ache. I haven't actually looked at them but assume at least one involves finding all those blue stones, one finding all those rubbings, one taking all the photos....

    Might be a bit too much like hard work for me.

    On the bright side uncharted is single player only. So must be possible to get them all, unlike damn multi player trophies

    Little story Ive decided to share, booted up the Vita, played an hour or so, no trophies, handed it to someone to have a quick go of, instantly got a trophy for climbing a rope in uncharted. I was royally pissed off that my first trophy was gained by someone else.

    Agree with you on bloody multiplayer trophies, although to be fair to Naughty Dog , they only ever include two easy to get trophies in the Uncharted platinum.

    Still yet to get a platinum on the Vita, just thought you should all know this. They all seem ridiculously hard or convoluted to get uncharted/wipeout spring to mind.

    Oh, come on, Uncharted is easy. Try Motorstorm RC, it's pretty easy too.

    Platinum on Everybody's Golf and Rayman Origins :)

    Everybody's Golf is fucking hard! I kind of cheated on one of my Platinum's though. I had a 100% save file which was created after the update on MGS HD on the PS3. So I borrowed a copy on the Vita to try out off my mate and got an automatic Platinum on MGS3 when I loaded my completed game save :D Felt amazing to hear so many dings at once!

    What's wrong with the existing Platinum/Trophy thread?

    Not like you have separate accounts on PS3/Vita...

    /heat has put me in a 'that guy' kind of mood

    Anyone, none, don't care about them at all. Achievements got to me first.

    @Syrette

    Why even bother posting if you're going to say nothing relevant to the thread? Idiot.

    @sfp_noodle

    That was all relevant to the thread, Forum Policeman.

    I mean you sort of said it yourself - PS3/Vita trophies are so much the same thing that you can even get a platinum on one that can be transferred to the other.

    edit; you don't think doing that (^) is a bit silly and sort of defeats the point of trophies/achievements?

    @Syrette

    Well no, because I've already earnt the trophy/achievement. Why should I have to do it again just because it's a different console? That's one of the main reasons why transfarring exists. It's the same on Motorstorm RC. I've earnt pretty much all of my trophies on the Vita, so on the rare occasion I play it on my PS3, it automatically transfers all my trophies over. I'd hate to have to earn them again.

    Got the Motorstorm RC (Double) Platinum trophy. Would love to get the Gravity Rush one, but find the challenges too much of a chore to bother.

    Other than that, nothing (on Vita). Was close on Rayman Origins, but just can't do the final level and couldn't face getting all the time trial trophies...

    I don't think the double trophies make sense, though. They should have kept a single set across PS3/Vita for the same game.

    Didn't stop me from unlocking the Platinum for Motorstorm RC on the PS3 in about 20 seconds. I did feel dirty for at least 2 minutes afterwards, mind.

    I appreciate if you have a PS3 and a Vita copy of a game, copying your trophies over is perfectly acceptable. But 'borrowing a mate's copy' just so you can unlock some pointless, cheap trophies? Bit sad, that.

    I platinumed F1 2011, Rayman Origins,  Gravity Rush and Dungeon Hunter.  I was tempted to platinum MGS3 but that Markhor trophy kind of sucks and i don't think i can be arsed

    @SolidSCB

    How is it "sad?" I actually borrowed it so I could try it out on my Vita, and since I had already earnt all the trophies on the PS3 version, how would it make any difference if I owned the game myself and transferred the trophies over? It's the same thing, only one of the methods meant that I got to do it for free which is the one I chose as MGS on the Vita is still over-priced for what you get.

    If I had used a save file off the net, manipulated it, and then boosted my score artificially then that would be sad. I fail to see any logic in what you've just said. Just because I don't own the game yet doesn't mean I can't borrow it to try it out, and if borrowing it lets me take advantage of a feature Konami themselves implemented then I have every right to do so.

    Was two trophies away from the Rayman Origins platinum. Then one day I tried putting the game card in, it sprung back out half way through the vita recognising which game it was and subsequently it corrupted my save file.

    Don't know if I can plough through it all again :(

    Think I was only around 35% in Rayman. Finished the game itself but don't seem as fussed on platformers these days and I'm pretty sure trophy chasing would have soured my memories of it. :p

    Did get the Uncharted platinum but I guess that's no big deal. Had fun doing it though, which is the main thing.

    Wouldn't mind going for the Disgaea and Shinobido platinums at some point (got around 50% on each) since I really love both games but you have to play through Shinobido once on each of the 4 difficulty settings which may take some time!

    @santashi Second high value target mission was tough. Getting five stars on every mission was tough too. Need a new game now though!

    First platinum finally achieved! Gravity rush style. Some of the challenges were tricky until you level right up but it wasnt too hard (the airship race was a twat though) looking forward to a sequel with more varied combat. Great game.

    I'm brushing the cobwebs off of this thread to announce that I finally managed to get my first platinum trophy. Rayman Origins was the game that inspired me to do it. Fantastic, amazing game. Really hoping that Rayman Legends makes its merry way to Vita.

    I thinl Rayman is one of those games that actually gets better once you get the campaign complete and can go back and ace levels. It's horribly frustrating at times. A modern day Dragon's lair at worst.

    @Roddy100 - impressive feat. As much as I loved the game, I just didn't have the perseverence to go for the Plat
