I brought Deadly Premonition with me for Lexx and he chickened out. Worst day ever.

Bought 2 tickets for a mate and me. Great excuse to have a boys weekend away bromancing. Can't wait. Is there after parties worth going to on the Saturday?

Curry Night is an open invite to the community.

Details will be posted in a separate Curry Club thread nearer the event with time & location details. Once we get an idea of numbers, I'll book a few tables at a local restaurant. The one we went to last year was pretty decent (even if Fruit and L_Franko were two sheets to the wind...)

Venatio will no doubt give details about how to get tickets for the Community Party later this month/next month.

Fruit was only two sheets to the wind? Was he cutting back on the booze?

Not as nice as I used to be

The bedding department at a particularly large branch of John Lewis wouldn't have been able to meet the demand for sheets.

Alas I missed the hilarity of the curry night last year, but Fruit did spend most of the community party inappropriately stroking my flatmate's coat.

Didn't Fruit end up on the table with DM last time round? I'm slightly disappointed I was facing the wrong way to witness that.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

I'd have happily swapped seats if you'd offered.

I really wish I could go to one of these expos. My problem is too many people I know are getting married over the course of a year, including me!

The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine.

Hi guys I'm new to this expo. Just bought the 4 day pass. Got second thoughts now being that its a long time. Is there enough to do for these 4 days do you think? Me and my friend love curry. Do we have to be friends of yours to join in the fun or can we just go? We love eating phal as its pure heat bliss! Lol we staying in a hostel the whole time too.

You are bdaggers v.1 presumably. How do you bring yourself?

There were plenty of kids at the expo last year. No bringing them to curry club though, obv.

I'm taking my 12 year old. Our first time,  so no report. .. I'm praying that he won't hinder me getting on seeing 18 rated games, does anyone know? Not too fussed about actually playing them, as long as we can both watch.

18 rated games will be in their own walled-off section, and they have staff on the entrances to stop kids getting in.
