Would have killed the price and ultimately the console given the amount of read/writes SSDs are capable of.

My favourite PSP games that I always used to go back to were Daxter, Gitaroo Man Lives!, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, LocoRoco, OutRun: Coast to Coast, Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX and Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror.

... there is plenty of other titles to keep you occupied!

This thread is missing one of the best PSP games: Burnout Dominator!

It is basically a slightly scaled back version of Revenge (without traffic checking), more classic racing and takedowns along with some awesome looking cars.

Despite not being developed by Criterion, I personally think it is a better game than Burnout Legends (which is not available on PSN).

Sadly, only Patapon 3 is available on the EU store.

The "What Did I Do to Deserve This, My Lord?" should be mentioned somewhere, I think.

Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines is actually not a bad little game. Looks nice for a PSP game and is a must have for any Altair lovers out there. Its quite a short game and is more like the first AC game than later ones.

Older one tend to go for about 7.99/9.99. More recent or big ticket games can be up to 25. For example, that FF fighting game that I can't spell is 19.99.

Sony seem to have removed some of the older PSP games, such as the first two Patapon games, which is quite annoying.

This list includes some games noted as being released in the EU on PSN but are no longer available. Disappointing really but hey, Vita!

Jolly good. Never had a PSP, so the prospect of catching up is one of the main things swaying me towards the Vita at the moment (haven't bought one quite yet, though)

Yeah it was around 12 but that was like 2-3 weeks ago so unlikly to go on sale any time soon.

    Obligatory:

Was the best game on the PSP imo, and I'm sure the Vita analogue stick will make it even better and closer to the PC version.

Yup. Loved the Burnouts on the PSP, but hated that power switch positioning. Always switched it off mid-race accidentally, so naturally I'm looking forward to some Vita goodness.

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

Flatout Head on is an excellent racer. The series is often over looked but it has great graphics and destruction physics that use Half Life 2 physics engine. Plus it's cheap.

The Warriors is worth a look, it's a good beat em up that has coop included.

Also Ys 7 is one of the best action advenure games on the system with one of the best sound tracks to boot. It will last you a while too!

There's other SE games on the Playstation store.

It was fairly non-standard to provide PSN versions of the games when Crisis Core came out, surely? I feel pretty confident that it was Squeni's decision (and what they do with their other games has little to no bearing on what they do with FF), but since they did put Type-0 up for download (in Japan, where you also can't get Crisis Core on PSN) I can't imagine it was one they would make again given the chance.

Alpha 3 works, looks and controls brilliantly BUT! Unless I'm missing something, it glitches out when you try to save. Feels like you have to create a virtual memory card outside of the game ala the PS3, but of course that doesn't seem to be an option here.

First of all. Downloaded Patapon last night. Still looks rather good, seeing as its a first generation psp game. Thought i'd start from the beginning. Not too bad. Although I thought my rythym was slightly better than it actually is ;)

On another note, Valkyria Chronicles 2 seems to have dissapeared/

I'm not talking about going back in time or doing a remake. This is just a thread about PSP games on Vita and I'd have thought dumping an ISO of one of the mot popular PSP titles on the store would have been a no brainer.

Had a quick bash on Valkyria 2 on it last night, the graphics look a bit ropey on a bigger screen but it still maintains its excellent gameplay. Heartily recommended

Id say MHFU which looks great and plays better on PSV as you can map the right stick to the camera.
Everybodys Golf 2 unless you plan on getting the vita version.
Half Minute Hero which is currently on sale on PSN/SEN.

Disgaea Infinite is apparently not compatible with the Vita (well, according to the Vita, anyway). Hmm, weird. Also, is anyone else having problems getting their PSP DLC onto the Vita?
