Seeing as tomorrow's Vita purchase will be my first time owning a Sony handheld, i thought i'd have a quick browse on the Store for PSP titles i've never had the chance to play and found a few that i'll probably buy tomorrow (namely Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and the two Wipeout games).

What else would ye peeps recommend?

Valkyria Chronicles 2. The only game that has ever genuinely made me miss my stop on my train to work.

Are all PSP games that I own digitally able for download on the vita immediately? If so, Motorstorm Arctic Edge will be downloaded. Very good racing game.

Indeed, loved the first Valkyria Chronicles!

I've been itching to play Powerstone since i first clapped eyes on it in the 90s.

Gah, tempted to ditch one of my PSV games tomorrow and spooge on a PSN voucher instead!

    @DSR3

Yes all are compatible, despite reports. If you download them on a PS3 they will transfer easily and play on Vita no problem. Its just that the direct Vita store doesnt list all PSP games.

Killzone Liberation is actually quite good and is probably very cheap.

Tactics Ogre on the PSP is the best tactical strategy game on any console and is 20 on the store.
Also can't go wrong with Patapon 2 for a tenner.

If sony release a merged Loco Roco on Vita with gyro support that would be awesome sauce.

Motorstorm arctic edge is excellent. I actually bought valkyria chronicles 2 ages ago for 20 quid and have yet to play it. Mainly due to shitty psp go charging situation.

Never had a PSP and have been on a spree on the US PSN. Downloaded ready for the Vita:

    Valkyria Chronicles 2
    Persona 3 Portable
    Trails in the Sky
    Final Fantasy Tactics
    Tactics Ogre

Along with Hot Shots Golf i don't think i need any Vita games this year.

Didnt like Persona 3 portable, without the cut scenes or graphics it really lost a lot of its magic

If it's on the store, then Outrun 2006 or Coast2Coast (whichever it is) would be class on the PSV. It suffered from framerate issues on the PSP, which went with an increase in the clock speed. It ought to be smooth as glass, hopefully.

If Sony had half a brain they'd be having the mother of all PSP sales tomorrow.

Anyway I have no idea if these are available or work on the Vita yet, but these are all good:

    Crush
    Pursuit Force 1&2
    Daxter
    Every Extend Extra
    Tomb Raider Anniversary

That FF7 spin off was decent.

The memory cards aren't going to go very far. Would it have killed them to put a SSD in this thing?

When you say Sony, you mean Square Enix, right?
