This game is top notch. Playing it a bit more makes me realise this really is 'next gen' for portables. Glad I bought the psn version, don't want to ever be without it.

Hope we get some levels to buy under the 'more stories' link soon. I imagine that's for dev made expansion levels and I'm all over that

@Gregolution - there are some excellent community levels. Mr Syroc can certainly point you in the right direction...

You could always have a go at my 2 :)

Currently going through the single player.

    Moan 1:
I own 2 copies of this game on cart. However because they are tied to my 2 kids' accounts I can't use it online on my vita. A bit much to expect me to shell out for a network pass when I already own 2 full copies imo.

    Moan 2:
Boss battles that produce yet another boss at the end of the first boss can just FUCK OFF. Especially when they dump you back to the beginning of the whole process when you inevitably die till you learn the patterns etc.

Other than that. Love the game!

Oh, that part! Yes, I must admit I was slightly peeved when I died and was returned to the beginning of boss battle phase 1. Pretty annoying when I don't especially love boss battles (in most games) in the first place.

Sorry if this was mentioned on another vita thread, but there is a LBP sale on PSN at the moment until 13th March. In particular the original PSP LBP game is just 3.19 (or 2.87 on PS+)... amazing price, less than a level pack.

LBP PSP was ok, but create was pretty broken. Not a patch on the Vita version.

Syrok might be a good person to ask. They also post highlights in the PS Blog.

Just look at the TeamPicks, that's where we put some of the most impressive/cool/funny levels.

    Syrok made the game :o

The TeamPicks are pretty much always great!

Are Tarsier making another Vita game you can't talk about yet? ;)

I tried two of your levels guys (FP's Train Heist and The Mighty Rose's Timeless) and got stuck on both very early on :(

Couldn't get past the wall of boxes on Train Heist and couldn't make the grapple hook grab anything (or extend at all) on Timeless.

I've only got as far as Jackpot City in the story, do I need to do more to learn new moves?

@monkman76 - Erm, well, I can't actually remember the details of how the level works. Only thing I can think of is whether there's a switch somewhere in the carriage, or maybe you just need to pile into 'em...?

@Flying_Pig I think it's the latter! I did get a couple of kind of vertical swing doors to open once just by jumping about but then they closed before I could get through. Will try again :)

    @monkman76

Sorry son The Mighty Rose only just noticed this. The trick with the grapple hook is to try and jump towards the object you want to grapple onto. Also you can alter the length of the line to pull yourself up or down.

You have probably moved on from lbp but thanks for playing my level anyway and if you ever feel like playing it again let me know and I will tell you where I hid the secrets. All my levels have hidden easter eggs in them and if you find them you get massive scores. Tim Rose knows that only a handful of people have found them as it shows on the scoreboard at the end! They are entirely optional and are easily missed although the one in my level of John Carpenter's The Thing is a real treat for fans of the movie and does something even the official game could not manage!

    Guys!

I managed to publish my latest level in lbp vita!

It is called Timeless (Part 2) and for those who played the first one and thought it was strange well then you ain't seen nothing yet as they say. Initially it was going to comprise of two levels published as one using level links but I felt the first section was too long and so have just published it as one level. Mr.O (also me!) will now get busy working on Part 3 after he has played a few more games. My levels are not really like the average little big planet levels and although they are not for everyone they are something different for people to play.

I'll try and remember to give it a try MightyRose - can you post a LBP.me link so we can add it to our queues?

I'm too lazy to post a link aros.

Just go to the lbp vita me website and type in MrObycyek and you will find my stuff.

I'll have a look next time I play LBP :)

LBP is actually a game I would quite like to have digitally to drop in and play a couple of community levels then drop out - hopefully the rumours of it being part of the annual IGC turn out to be true.
