@spindle9988 It was amazing. I thoroughly recommend it. Nice big salad bar as well as a hot food bar. The meat quality was excellent. I didn't have one bad bit. It just melts in your mouth. Can't remember everything i had but off the top of my head there was Sirloin, Fillet, Peppered Beef, Topside, Chicken with Bacon, Chicken Hearts, Chicken with garlic, Ribs, Sausage, Lamb and a few more.

The meat is constantly about so if you have your card green up you don't have to wait long at all for them to bring it to you like i thought you would. It's always hot and fresh.

So the card system and them bringing over massive skewers of meat that they carve off and you grab with your tongs is an interesting experience and the food was of very good quality. I'm already planning my next trip back!

@Sunno We still need to try the Hove Bank together m8, if you can eat a 64oz steak (with only sauce) in less than an hour you get it for free. Otherwise it's £56.99... I couldn't do it but it seems you don't suffer from meat sweats :D

Due to limited internetz at work i can't find the link but an insane man v food type challenge exists in Purley. I think the restraunt is called Burgers at Blacks or something? and the burger is called the Beast!

It's something like 15lb's of food. It is massive.

anyone able to provide a link?

I think it's £50 for 1 person and free if you eat it plus 1lb of chips and a milkshake. But you can take it on as four people for £80 but it's not free if you eat it all.

I'm not sharing my milkshake with you!!!!
I do have one challenge for you; if you can eat my triple chocolate cheesecake in 2 hours (I'm being generous) without being sick, then I'll give you a score and the cake for free :D
There's a picture of one I made on my FB buddy - 2.5kg of chocolate in there!

Tinseltown have a 30oz burger iirc, I had a "spicy" one (Habenero sauce) with fries and onion rings and ordered a Banana split afterwards. The staff were quite disgusted/amazed.

Me and a mate are attempting to eat THIS in under 45mins at a local restaurant tomorrow night.

In total it's 5lbs of food. 6 Burgers, fries, onion rings, bacon, cheese and garnish. It's for charity though and costs £20, £15 of which is going to Cancer Research.

    Looks tasty. I'd destroy it.

Give yourself £5 or ½ gig, you're worth it.

I've been to the one in Fulham a few times, very tasty, lovely bbq sauces and its cheap considering how nice it is.

@Sunno84 There's also this which aint too far from us at MacMillan's Bar in Worthing...40oz and 64oz challenges. I've been here once and it was amazingly well prepared food, not too pricey either.
Also, do you fancy coming to the West Dean Chili festival? They;ve got Chili challenges :D
