Awesome. Have you seen the vid of the full scale fully robotic Lego Wall-E? I'll try and find a link.

I had to look at that twice. First off I thought you'd posted it in the wrong thread.
    That's awesome

Ha, he's selling kits of his mocs. Fair play, they're excellent. I want the Leica.

Tie Fighter is currently 29.99 at Amazon. Couldn't resist at that price.

@boo Let me know how you get on with it. I found it a dull build.

High fives, Jaffa Cakes and big 'Thank You', to ReGuRgIt8oR, who just sent me a Chase McCain minifig out of the blue!

    Cheers, mate - much appreciated!

    You're welcome.

As you probably guessed I bought Lego City on the Wii U and there wasn't much point in me keeping the mini fig.

It claims to be an exclusive figure but I've no idea if that's true or not.

Hopefully he can keep the crime rate down in your collection.

Sorry. I offered a mini fig a while ago which Boo had so I simply just sent this one to him as I had his address in my stalking database.

Plus his Lego Blog is good ( even to a non brickhead like me ).

I will now make a LEGO blog! :)

Thinking of covertly getting the boys a Wii U so I can get my hand on Undercover with the fig.

    That's how sad I am.

Not sure if I read this right but if you spend more than £20 on lego city in argos, you can get a £10 off the wii-u game.

    1) Save £10 on the WiiU LEGO® City Undercover: The Chase Begins game (102/5871) when you spend £20 on selected LEGO® City toys. Offer ends 24 April 2013

@morriss There's a CITY set with Chase McCain in it if it's only the minifig you're after.
    Here we go!

In related news I caved and opened one of the sets I'm saving for when the kids are old enough for "smålego" (small lego (as opposed to DUPLO)).

The 4208 4x4 Firetruck Fantastic build. I'm so impressed with LEGO nowadays. Such a solid end product with tons of detail and playability. Kid A is in a serious "I want to be a firefighter" period so he was all over the set. Ripping the flames of the tree and tossing them all around the living room.

I decided that a better place for it would be on the top shelf in the home office corner.

Anybody built the current X-Wing and Tie-Fighter?

They RRP at £49.99 each, but John Lewis have them on undersale at £29.98 each. With staff discount I could get the pair for £45, but it would break my 'Stick to Technic' rule.

The Original X-Wing was my first kit since I was a kid. Bought it when I had a cold to comfort myself.

This one looks ten times cooler though...

I've been reading the thread for a while as well, but didn't have any Lego in house yet, except for the Duplo stuff for my kid ).

I just saw a deal on the X-Wing and TIE fighter on HUKD though (29.98 a piece on Amazon), and cracked, ordered both. Looking forward to getting those!

@boo I have both currently unbuilt... afraid that I might have to play an up-scaled version of the X-Wing miniatures game with them...

And it's not a 'rule' more of a guideline...

Not sure that I can justify £170 for it.

Remind me of that, come May 4th, will you?
