My mate seems to think that 'all men use moisturising products'. Do you?

My mate Mike just tried to tell me that all men use specialist healthcare products to moisturise their faces, but they just don't admit to it. I personally doubt it very much. I know a few who do, but they have quite bad skin conditions or it came in a shaving set they were bought.

So, do you use moisturising products other than good old H2O?

    Nope.

Your mate sounds like a poof.

I have done, if I am brought a set as a Birthday/Christmas present. To be honest, I do feel good after using the wash, exfoliant, and moisturiser etc.

So can understand your mate using it, wouldn't go as far to suggest all do, at least maybe not reguarly. At least that is the case for me.

I always moisturise. So do all my mates, especially after shaving because shaving damages the skin.

    /insert Patrick Bateman monologue here

    All generalisations are bullshit.

I moisturise. Maybe not everyday, but I need to after shaving.

Shower gels about as fancy as I get. I've never used a moisturiser though. Nothing against it, it just seems pretty dear and I'm not sure how well they actually work. I'd consider though.

I do daily and you're a moron if you think less of people who do so.

    I moisturise my entire body.

But I also lob saveloys at my neighbours while wearing a nuns habit.

So I may be at the extreme of the bell curve.

Yep, water strips the skin of it's oils, it's gods to replace them. Only bog standard Nivea, but good stuff.

If you're paying more than a fiver for a bottle of moituriser, you're being ripped off tbh.

It's a good job moisturisers were invented. I hated life back when we were all withered, desiccated husks due to lack of moisture.

Hands, yes, mainly when I go to the gym a lot (haven't used any recently!).

Never have done on my face or anywhere else.

It's a little know fact that during WWII there were actually more British deaths from dryness than being shot by Nazis.

Only after shaving my head or beard neckline. I balance this by felling trees with my bare hands.

Soap actually causes your skin to dry out.
