Given the Mail and The Sun's propensity for acting like a bunch of paedophiles I suspect you may be right.

This is fucking ridiculous. Who gives a fuck about the BBC when there's clearly a lot of abuse related evidence being hidden / covered up.
Is this where you refuse to buy a TV licence?

Nope, it's where i pay double to ensure the bbc isn't brought down by the murdoch's and the tories.

I've heard that Sheeham? The guy who had his words twisted wasn't seen for a while but is now ok according to a tweet from a journo. Shades of Dr Kelly there for a while.

It's easy to get a bit tin-foil-hat about this but there's so many people involved at such high-levels of society that i'd be surprised if the inquiries weren't perverted at some point. I hope for better from this country but i've no belief that we'll get it.

edit: ninja edit before someone notices i put shipman instead of kelly... Bugger, i've been rumbled.

    Do you mean David Kelly?

What? I'm saying that the BBC's actions are largely irrelevant in the greater scheme of things when there are clearly people out there working very hard to make sure that the investigation into child abuse in various homes is seriously undermined.

But yeah, lets all go after the BBC like Murdoch and the Tories want us to. (Don't get me wrong, the BBC have played their part and they'll pay, but they're not the biggest part of this story, not even close)

@TheSaint Yeah, i just read that too. First Big Bird, now Elmo. Next it'll be Mr Snuffleupagus and a coke habit and Beaker liked young girls.

There again 16 is legal in the state the two were in and it does seem a bit he-said/they-said at the moment.

As I said before, if there is/was a high level pedophile ring operating amongst the movers and shakers (of penises) then they are all the perfectly placed to stifle an investigation into themselves. I've little faith we'll ever know what really happened.

Wasn't it because he got to a paedestrian crossing?

    ...

Why did Jimmy Savile cross the road?

Because he could do anything he bloody well wanted!

Maybe he's super clever and it's latin for 'best youth'?

Ironically, right up Jimmy Savile's street.

Peers want Child Abuse Inquiry probe dropped.

They think the original report was good enough and nothing more needs to be done. I... *smh*

I'm feeling a bit sickened by the powers that be in this country at the moment. I'm usually not too impressed with their shenanigans at the best of times but this is starting to stink to the heavens.

Remember Florencegate? When we called for the media to be transparent and honest and aim for higher standards? Why not this shower of cunts too?
