Personally I still use Winamp 2.x, it's still the greatest all round music player ever.

Registered 11 years agoI love winamp, so much hat when I install it I really look forward the first time open winamp jingle by DJ llama.
I finally made the jump to 5.x though. I really miss some of the awesome skins I used to have in 2.x however. I had this badass pioneer stack with analogue guages, really boss.--------------------------------------------------------------------

Registered 2 years agolegendary program. been running it for around 10 years... doesn't think its EVER crashed!!! more important than windows itself. don't know how that would work, though!
i faithfully use 2x version with the base skin. the EQ parameters change in v2 somewhere, i had to go back to an older one where the sound was much clearer.
that big new v5 browser version is mess.
always wanted to know... WTF does that auto button do on the EQ window?! (next to 'on' for the equaliser)
