Same on Amazon but from everything I've heard you'd have to REALLY want more of the same to like this.

I'm going to Edinburgh for a few days, where should I go for some cheap game shopping ? And where can one find retro stuff like GameCube and N64 stuff?

In Edinburgh? Nowhere really that isn't anywhere else. There's a bunch if GAME stores, a CEX on Rose Street, couple of HMVs...

There was a place called Chips in Newington that sold loads of retro stuff but that closed now. Leith Walk used to have some indie game shops, no idea if they're still there though.

Chips was great. I got some nice harder-to-find games in there, plus they gave me a bunch of free posters to decorate my student flat. :p Don't think there's anywhere like that now though.

Chips is a franchise. You can have a indie shop and fall under the chips banner. I guess it gets you better distribution deals, access to POS promotional stuff and umbrella marketing.

I was in Game earlier and saw that they had the Halo 4 limited edition in the tin for 28. Seemed a good deal, as it comes with a code for the first three map pack releases.

Gonna copy and paste what I put in the Far Cry 3 thread:

I don't know if this is common knowledge but Far Cry 3 is only 14.99 when bought on XBox 360's Games On Demand. Considering it's 18 used at CEX and 20 used at Grainger Games that's a great deal.

If you can read this, you don't need glasses.

Someone here was recommending the 9" Nook HD+ as being rather good and extremely good value (assuming you root it to normal Android).

@convercide Cheers for the heads-up. With the points I bought online (4200 for 29.99), I paid for Far Cry 3 using points, which works out to 12.57. Bargain ! Didn't actually want the game or need it, with my back-log, but bargain nevertheless.
