As it all seems quiet on the bargains front, I just thought I'd remind the few heretics that don't own it yet that you can still pick up Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed for 14.99 @ Amazon.

NowTV are offering 800 MS points if you take out a free trial and enter 'XBOXOFFER' in the voucher box. Become a paying member for at least 1 month and you get an additional 1600 points.

It's worth pointing out that trying to use Quidco or the like could invalidate the offer.

It's also worth pointing out that NowTV is an overpriced sack of shit, but worth it for the MS points.

Oh and you do have to watch at least 90 minutes of content to get the points.

Thanks for the NOW TV offer.

They've got a load of the bonds on there at the moment, nice way to enjoy 800 free points :)

But you don't the point for 30 days or so.

Are there any good deals on Dualshock 3s at the moment? I've managed to cobble together one good one out of 2 but I don't think it will last forever.

Act like a dumbshit and they will treat you as an equal

Nice, think I'll take up that offer.

Is the selection on NowTV bad? There selling point is that they actually have up to date stuff which immediately puts them ahead of Netflix's selection IMO.

All the eurogamers who actually play with each other on xbl rather than just post pseudointellectual pc handwringing bollocks on the forums, love the shit out of biggy.

Yeah they have slightly more up to date stuff (though US Netflix certainly gets some things before them). My issue with them is that their selection is really small in comparison to Netflix or Lovefilm and they charge ludicrous money (15 a month after the first three months).

In my case they're even more useless because I already have Sky Movies, which this basically is, but obviously that's not a factor for everyone.

Use 5market on Blockbusters Marketplace for 5 off any order. For example, you can get Resident Evil 6 for 10.99.

I assume the marketplace is selling pube ridden 2nd hand copies, rather than new games?

    G'luck slim.

I think HMV are utter shit on pricing and display, and been behind the times for years, but I feel for the people working there. I've actually always been treated well by HMV staff - always happy to answer anything I've asked for over the years, unlike many other shops.

HMV a once great store dragged to its grave by bad management and the economy.
Sad, staff have always been good to me too.

It'll be a phoenix company which will hopefully learn from the current poor corporate structure and actually become a company fit for the 21st Century.

The name is too good to lose. Hopefully they find a decent, knowledgable buyer.

Seems it's worth hanging around for cheap games more than ever. Just noticed, EG favourite Binary Domain is under nine quid on Amazon (and has been since late December apparently - sorry if old)

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

Just ordered sly cooper: thieves in time from Amazon for under 25. Great price considering you get vita version too and it's around 40 elsewhere according to best game price.

Great spot! I had it on pre-order with Shopto for 40. Probably won't arrive in time for release day, but that's fine at that price. Does seem too good to be true though, wonder if they'll actually honour it.

Edit- the PS3 version is now showing at 30.99.
