Box includes an adequate art book, some postcards, behind-the-scenes DVD and the soundtrack on disc. Uses GFWL (has achievements), and you can also plop your CD-key into Steam and have it on your list as a Steam game (as opposed to a non-Steam game). Don't forget the resfix!
Ooh, look, £13.99 for Sleeping Dogs Steam key, too. -
