Anyones Borderlands 2 Argos orders moving - it's all a bit confusing to me as I have the email, they have my money but I've heard nothing since and the order tracking seems to not work.
Probably a bit late but my copy certainly turned up yesterday, 18 quid with the Premium Club code was rather nice. It's rare that a company will actually honour their cock-ups.

I do wish that I'd ordered Forza Horizon at the same time though.
Me too, and Halo 4. Still best not to be greedy, I'm happy with Borderlands for £18, and out of the 3, it's the only one I'm likely to play.

Gutted that I bought wipeout second hand from CEX for 20 quid with no network pass a few months back! 9.99 is a bargain, especially if you have HD and Fury already!

    @StixxUK yes I do. ! Most pleased!
I know what you mean , this trend for passes is rubbish!
I once stupidly bought hot pursuit second hand not realising I would have to fork out more for a pass grr !

Does anyone know if they'll be any trade in deals against FIFA 13 and if so where?
  • Deleted user 23 September 2012 11:40:16
Here's a bargain for you. Anyone want Space Giraffe for FREE on Steam? Just got it in a bundle but I already have it on Steam and have a code for it. First person that asks in this thread about it gets the code sent to them via pm. I must be in a good mood or something :)

Can confirm the PS3 version was still £25 in the Gloucester branch today, no 360 copies on display, though.

(only posting because I noticed this the other day, but Zavvi are supposed to be a bit crap nowadays aren't they?)

    I avoid them when I can :-)

I'd rather pay a little more at ShopTo in the knowledge that at least I know when I'll get it...

Fair enough, Shopto have never let me down.

I'd get it now, but I'm interested in getting LBP, and also want to pick up that £10 copy of Wipeout...

"A bit crap" is definitely an understatement. 4 weeks to send me AC: Revelations, and it was the wrong format when it eventually arrived.

Top tip: don't pre-order anything from their site for the moment. Don't use Paypal for pre-orders if you're desperate to pre-order. Don't pre-pay your pre-order. Don't believe your account balance (mine was £56.xx the other day!! But strangely unspendable ;)).
They use it towards your next purchase...as long as it is not another pre-order, as I found out! You can get the money put back into your account, but you have to speak with them.
I have £29 credit due to a pre order I paid for but then cancelled, which I will now use towards Lego LoTR or Ass Creed III

Great stuff. Cheers for that. Will pop in later and try and pick some stuff up.

Uncharted 3 and Catherine seem like no brainers at that price!
