On the whole Durango launch games behind element of it:|
1. It's Kotaku. They have no credibility at all.
2. Ignoring all the Respawn game speculation, the sources credited sound ridiculous. How exactly would multiple sources be in a position to access reliable information about how far along both Sony and Microsoft are with launch software? What kind of job position could possibly have access to that information? Maybe one one side, perhaps, but both?
3. Even if were true, so what? It may be that I just didn't play them, but does anybody care about Perfect Dark Zero or Hexic HD these days? Every Party? Kameo? Project Gotham Racing 3, I'll concede, just because I don't hear about it much doesn't mean it has been forgotten. No one ever has their shit together for launches these days. Unless something drastic happens, the Nextbox will have a good software library eventually, even ignoring first party agmes. It's just drama about an imagined console war that media sites like to drum up for hits.
4. Mr. Bear if you don't want to be unnecessarily criticized, don't post an article that is mainly about one thing and then give the second thing, which compared to space and attention of the first thing, is barely an afterthought, the same attention. To say it comes as disingenuous is polite.
