I gave blood today and I didn't look away when the needle went in. I think the nurse was well impressed.

I have a new pair of shoes, and they are causing some severe localised chafeing around my right heel.

I'll soldier on, but if I fall over then go on without me - the mission comes first.

I pissed down the right leg of my trousers a little, due to an rogue spray during my morning wee at work. I've dried it off a bit but I might have the slight odour of fresh piss around me today.

It's been too cold for me the last few mornings but I'm braving it because the boiler is in my daughters room and may wake her up.

    I'm a brave little soldier.

I left my brave little soldier alone.

I have a cold and don't feel very well.

I think I'm being a brave little soldier. Ms Jeepers disagrees.

Think I've bruised a rib, hurts when I laugh. I'm soldiering on, of course.

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

Just don't read any of Deckard's posts for fucks sake.

I lurk. If I've spoken to you, I'm either impassioned, or drunk.

I've been into work the past three days with a concussion and bad case of whiplash, despite the doctor in A&E threatening to keep me in hospital if I was intending going back to work so soon.

Is it because I'm not entitled to any company sick?

Hell naw, it's because I'm a brave little soldier.

You need to have it removed to do that mate. Otherwise you'll bruise every time. Dirty boy.

Erm you might want to go to hospital instead. One side of your face isn't numb is it?
I'm not having a stroke, or if I am its a very long staged one :-) I've been getting them for a year or so now, but have increased in frequency in the last few weeks. I'll try the doctors again, but last time they did a barrage of tests, then said "It's probably neuropathy", they gave me some drugs, which helped a bit, but no longer.

I'll soldier on, line a brave little trooper.

I couldn't sleep last night very well so I'm in work today and I feel REALLY tired.

Don't cry for me. Your support is enough to get me through the day.

+1 playing Skyrim to 4:30am on Sunday led me to collapse in bed at 8pm last night... and then wake up at 10:30 and stay that way until 2:30am. I'm shattered.

Oh and its my first day back at work after a procedure to cut a "foreign object" out of my cornea last week. Apparently it was stuck in there over a month. I said it was sore!

Its starting to throb now (the eye!) but I will have to soldier on as we've a deadline to reach.

I dropped a bag containing a thermos containing my lunch. I'm going to soldier on using the power of shitty coffee machine soup instead of the delicious bangers and mash soup I was going to enjoy.

The world is going mad. Me? I'm doing fine.

I don't know exactly how it works. It's basically a creamy potato soup with savoy cabbage and wee willy winky sausages. It sounds strange but it's amazing. If you like I could get the recipe from my fiancee and post in a more appropriate thread or PM.
