What is this Epic Win bullshit on BBC1 now? I've seen about 20 seconds and I already despise it. Especially the silly baby-faced twat doing the continuity announcing. DIE CUNT DIE.

I can't work out if it's better or worse than Dale Winton's Hole in the Wall.

It's spur of the moment, not spare of the moment.

I came in here to criticise your spelling, but I see Locke got there first.

So I fixed it instead :-D

    Epic Sphincter

Give yourself 5 or gig, you're worth it.

I genuinely did not realise that. Weird.

Anyway, the actual show wasn't disastrously bad, but the "EPIC WIIIN" guy definitely needs to die.

Not quite spur of the moment, but I randomly watched an episode of Modern Family earlier and was surprised by how great it was. Never paid much attention to it before, but Sofia Vergara in particular is hilarious (and hot).

Sarah Lund is pleasant to watch.

The Voice is really shit. Jessie J is an abhorrent cunt. Tom Jones has no personality. The Irish one is like some kind of man child. And William really ought to know better.

I laughed at Tom Jones pretending to cry there. He really seems like he's just there to pick up a cheque.

What I don't understand is when Will.I.Am became some sort of credible music producer. He is the guy that came up with "My Humps" right?

Despite him being responsible for some truly dire music, I can't hate Will.I.Am. He seems like a genuinely good guy.

Yeah, I like Bill.I.Be, he's very philanthropic. And he looks like a startled lemur.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

spot on. How the fuck have BEP had so many hits? just keep repeating the same lines within a song. My Humps...what a fuckin' joke.

Because he makes catchy tunes with memorable lyrics for the mashed up heads of clubbers to yell at 4am.

Re BEP, sometimes Fergie is uber hot other times she looks like a dude...albeit with a lovely rack ;)

I think I've just found the most aptly-named TV show ever: Tipping Point. I only caught the last five minutes, but it's an hour-long game show presented by Ben Shepard. The game is... wait for it... a coin drop game like the ones in arcades.

Dire scenes. Something tells me it won't be coming back for a second series.

Shove ha'penny on ITV Daytime yeah. It's strangely gripping at times, mainly because of the quiz bit.

Cubby didn't know how to turn off sigs!

I happened to see a bit of that. I couldn't believe anyone thought it was a good idea to make.

The "missing" episode from the last series of Silent Witness is on tonight.

The broadcast was delayed due to it covering the same subject as the Rochdale sex trafficking case, and the fact the verdict in the case was due at the same time as the broadcast.

Did anyone catch the first episode of The Fear last night? Pretty bloody good I thought.
