I get it when you say something like 'these delays are fucking gay' you're not actually being homophobic, but I think the implication here is that looking gay is bad. Registered 11 years agoGay originally meant drunkenly partying, pretty much - hence it's connotations with bright colours and a festival 'happy' atmosphere. They it got sanitised into meaning 'bright and happy'.
