thats good to know, i cant be far off then as after i reached the 20,000 mark i decided to save them and at last time of checking i had over 12,000

the challenges are difficult i really do not like the throwing ones

    @Afiddes

Yeah the throwing ones are a bitch. I platinumed the main game, did all but two challenges in the DLC in the end, got too frustrating. Great game though, best on the Vita yet for me by along way.

i did it i platinumed the game, my boss must be pissed off with me having spent half the day looking for the travelers but i did it haha :)

this game is absoluty amazing and i cannot rate it highly enough

having said that i think i will pass on the dlc, from what i have heard it is quite short for what you pay and i have never been very interested in costumes

Got back into this in the last few days and it really is an amazing game, about half way through and I, without knowing how it ends, would love to see a sequel made to build on what has already been achieved.

Arg, glitch in the DLC meant I couldn't progress and had to restart the side mission from the beginning (four completed tasks need to be redone...). That'll teach me!

Got the platinum last night, amazing game from start to finish. Really enjoyed the way the story went, especially around Chapter 15.
Kat is a really great character and I really hope she gets another game, especially as there is room to delve into her back story.
Definitely the best game on PSV.

I got it yesterday. Really enjoying it. Shades of crackdown on the shard/orb collection front.

Ok. So initial wonderment at the art style has given way to something I'm finding a bit of a slog to be honest. I hate boss battles and the main game seems to consist of nothing but so so boss battles.. The combat is not very well refined so it quickly becomes frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?
Thinking of trading it to be totally honest.

I loved it from start to finish so maybe it isn't for you, how far have you got? There is a lot of combat throughout the missions and apart from upgrading your powers and learning some special moves, it doesn't really change that much.

I felt the same Jonsaan. At times it drove me up the wall.

Stick with it if you can though; I really enjoyed the pay off at the end and the final boss had a bit more sensible check pointing.

I think the game really hits its stride once you unlock a couple of the special attacks.

I think I am on the third town bit. Gone to some trippy mushroom land where my upgraded gravity powers are back to running out in seconds, leading to lots of falling down and having to try and get back up. I just fired it up again and enjoyed it for a while until wanting to throw my Vita against the wall. Might be safer if I get rid!

Ah, ok. You're actually on the final rift plane. Your gravity powers return to normal once you've cleared it.

You've actually got a long way into the game, if you are not feeling the love yet, I don't think there is anything coming up that will change that and you may as well get rid.
From memory, you are about 2/3's of the way through.

    Agreed. Cheers all.

Straight after that bit finished it went into yet another boss fight and sucked my will to live.

I love the style and characters but the game overall is just not for me.

Chapter 10 is bad video game design at its very worst! The game became a real chore to play at this point, unlike the 9 chapters before hand. Kind of reminds me of Deus Ex Revolution where all was going swimmingly until those dreaded boss fights!

What was so bad about it? Can't recall any chapter really sticking out as bad or overly difficult.

@Syrette - it was the one where you lost you gravity powers AFAIK

Chapter 10 is needlessly frustrating, but most importantly, it's no fun to play at all! To take away all the elements that make the game so great to start with is ill advised in my opinion.

The one where they gradually come back?

Thought it was a nice bit of level variety actually...

I actually quite liked it, I had to rethink my tactics in how to complete the level and apart from a few mis informed jaunts y from the given path it wasn't too bad

I'm in the states at the moment so of I pick up Gravity Rush over here will I be able to buy the dlc when I get home to Ireland or will it be locked to the US store?

Since Vita games are region free, I should be ok right?
