|Haha, all the Uncharted games have that. The Drake-died laments tend to vary between 'nooooo, Drakkkkeeeee' and 'you moron'.|

Finally Platinumed this game - my first Platinum!
Brilliant game but some could've done without some of the QTEs and the Near achievements were a real pain to get.

Agreed but I look forward to another Uncharted Vita adventure!
I do hope that they make another one.
Congrats Paulie_P! It was my first Platinum trophy too.

The Mighty Rose got sick of trying to use near to try and get the bounties and instead just tried farming the levels over and over until he got them. It took some time but finally the babe magnet extraordinaire did it.
If anyone would like to know which levels I got all the bounties in then let me know.

Started up Spec Ops on PS3 after completing this and found it frustrating that you can't tilt the pad to help with the aiming, became second nature early on in Uncharted.
Amazes me that a launch game on Vita has found a better use for tilt control then anyone has managed with the Sixaxis in over 6 years.
Yeah, I went back to Uncharted 3 after GA and was instinctively trying to tilt the controller when aiming. Was a great system and surely justifies another Uncharted Vita game.

I think motion aiming is so good Sony should implement a system- wide option to use it to simulate moving the right stick slightly for games which request no sixaxis functionality. I was seriously missing it when playing the RE6 demo this morning.

Well this is a bit bloody good, isn't it?
Been quite chuffed with my Vita since picking up a few weeks ago, but this tops the bill so far. It's a proper Uncharted game! On a handheld! And it works and controls well and stuff!
Plus it was free after I signed up to PSN Plus. I'm such a winner.

Just started playing this. On chapter 2 and it's already annoying me. Drake's friend (he looks and sounds like his name should be Vinnie) has just handed me a helmet which I need to rub the dirt off and look at the date. I appear to need to use the rear touchpad to do this, but I can't understand how it works. I moved it once a bit by accident, but couldn't do it again. Anyone got any tips? I may be being completely thick, although I'm not a fan of gimmicky controls like this.

Don't you use the front touch screen to rub stuff?
Stick with it, tel. It's definitely worth it.

Yeah you spin the item with the rear pad and wipe out clean with front.
How is Uncharted 1? I've almost completed 3, played some of 2 but haven't tried 1. I also haven't completed GA but will soon!
Motion aiming is awesome. It's one of the biggest things I'm looking forward to in Killzone. Using only sticks feels archaic after this and Gravity Rush.
Uncharted 1 is the best in the series imo.
Brilliant, thanks imamazed. I loved 3 despute the ridiculous set pieces. Ship graveyard was my favourite part of the game I think, the atmosphere and environment was just awesome.
I'll pick up 1 and a copy of 2 next (mine was rented from Lovefilm.)
Comparing Uncharted to Tomb Raider really does it a disservice as I wasn't even slightly interested in trying the PS3 games until after playing GA but now I wish I had got involved a lot earlier.
Yeh I haven't actually played 3, but I've played 1, 2 and GA.
GA was good, but had far too many gimmicks. 2 is tightly focussed but frustrating. 1 is just much better paced I thought. There's one particular bit that gets frustrating with the odds against you but it keeps it enjoyable for the most part. And the story's good.
Ive played 1, 2 and GA and GA was by far and away the worst.
@nickthegun Yeh I'd agree with that
I think if it were developed now it would benefit from not being a showcase for every clever trick the vita has to offer, so most of the shoehorned mechanics would vanish and you may be allowed to play the game for more than five minutes without having to stroke something.
