Qnap TS-110 plus a 1TB HDD should be around that price.

Roughly add £30 and get this. I have it, streams to PS3/360/my freeview box, remote access, BT client etc..

Give yourself ½ gig or a £, you're worth it.

Depends what you want to do with it.
I've got a Synology, but they may be a bit expensive.

I've got one and it's well worth it. But the Buffalo's much easier to use if your not technically inclined.

£150 for the NAS or including drives?

I did plenty of research before getting one and decided on Synology DS-211J.

Especially if you're not particularly techy, you can't go far wrong with a ReadyNAS. Might have to up your budget a bit though.

    I have one of these.

Just be aware that if you use a single disk or something with RAID 1 as your main storage server, you need to rigorously backup, lest you contract the downs.
