This isn't season 17, but I just saw an episode after the longest time not watching. It was the 24 parody.

"Mrs Clinton, we believe someone has put a snuke up your snizz"

Fucking tears in my eyes. Maybe I should start watching again more regularly.

Just seen part 2 of the Black Friday episode, totally brilliant. Great season so far and with the 3parter one of the best seasons.

The weiner song was brilliant. Also loved the customers walking slowly to the Mall :-)

So wish the game was out.

Yup. It's been out almost a week now. I found it a little...meh. Just sort of ended. Showed how sad those Black Friday shoppers are mind.

The joke at the end about the Stick of truth was good.

Just watched the latest episode 'The Hobbit'. Really enjoyed it. A different kind of ending to what Matt and Trey usually go for, which took me by surprise. Good stuff.

Great episode with a killer ending; Probably Wendy's best story arc in the whole series (along with the breast cancer episode). Kanye was as hilarious as ever.

Just watched part 3 of the Black Friday/GOT episode, totally brilliant. I loved all three parts.
Loved Randy killing the shop employee and then lamenting the fact he was dead. Also the ending with Cartman and TSoT tie-in.

Overall my favorite Season for a while.

Ahhhahhahahahhahahaha literally crying with laughter right now, this is so funny:

The official site states, and has always stated, that we are not affilated with Kanye West. (See the FAQ section.) It was a decent episode with a few laughs, and I thought that the ending was powerful, but the repetitive Kanye West bits just dragged on and on and on...
I don't know whether they were there because Matt & Trey have contempt for their audience, because they needed to pad out the episode's length, or whether it was a Stewart Lee-esque postmodern thing (drag out the joke to dissect the humour and subvert audience expectations), but it certainly felt like they were taking the piss. Which is fine (they've done it before, e.g. the Towellie episode) but I had to skip through those bits after a while as they were painful to sit through.

It was probably trying to point out the insane lengths and mental gymnastics people go to avoid realizing the truth about someones looks.

Sweet! Thought it was about time the new series started and was surprised there weren't any new episodes when I checked at the weekend.

So I just watched Informative Murder Porn again. "Mommy raped my no-no!"

All the eurogamers who actually play with each other on xbl rather than just post pseudointellectual pc handwringing bollocks on the forums, love the shit out of biggy.

    Looking forward to this.

Whilst I thought seasons 15/16 were pretty dire I noticed a definite upturn in quality with season 17.

I'd like some more episodes that don't comment on a current hot topic if that's possible - some of my favourites are Lil' Crimestoppers, Quest for Ratings and Cancelled.

    My god!

I haven't watched South Park for maybe 5 years, but watched the season 18 premiere a minute ago.

Incredible. If you have been reading at all about the Redskins NFL thing it is incredibly biting. Plus ISIS, the NFL guy punching his wife in the elevator, just generally incredibly uo to date, and very biting.

Not as funny as it used to be, but still fantastic!

    Best season opener in years.

The whole "go fuck yourself, "fuck you" thing was hilarious on its own. Loved how they mocked the Apple conference.

Just watched season 17 in one sitting.

The Jew / Arab / Christian live stock footage is the funniest thing I have ever seen.

Why did I stop watching this again?

I thought this opener was a bit crap if I'm honest.

Even though I don't care for NFL at all I knew the situation with the Redskins and the domestic violence issue - the problem is this episode didn't say anything new, similarly to how Crack Baby Athletic Association merely stated the obvious. There were a few funny bits, such as the Redskins breaking into Kickstarter, the Redskins logo and Jerry Jones' eyes, yet everything seemed to say 'hey, you know that this is going on in the news, right?' without the wit and hilarity.

The ISIS and Apple references were just there to comment on current topics without actually saying anything hilarious or satirical.

So yeah - a bit shite and can't see it standing up a year or so down the line. It's all just getting a bit reference-heavy in the last few seasons and the constant reliance on current events just isn't working for me. The cast are just peripheral players to the latest hot topic instead of being the focus. The characters and town are easily good enough to stand on their own - let's have more of this please.

Now watching 'handicar'... not finished it yet but it's certainly skewering the Uber/taxi debate pretty well!

Gluten Free Ebola and Cissy were both brilliant. 18 is turning out to be a really good season.

Yeah, the latest episode was a bit poor by the end, but the first three of this series were really good, particularly the first episode.
