    In Treatment - Season 1

A nice simple premise and I always enjoy watching Gabriel Byrne in action.

    Revolution - Season 1

After the shockingly bad first half of the season, I still don't know why I bothered continuing with it after the break. Was convinced it would be cancelled before the season finished. Glad I did though as once the initial 'rescue annoying idiot brother' plot was out of the way it got much better, actually focusing on the power aspect.

    6/10

Looking forward to season 2 now.

I'd have to disagree. 5/10 Revolution

middle of the road, and only continued watching because there isn't much else on at the moment. Wouldn't be able to recommend to anyone

    The Americans - 8/10

Kinda obvious that I enjoyed this. :) Keri Russell helped somewhat, as did crazy-eyed John-boy Walton. The opener on ITV set it up nicely, and I've polished off the rest of the series over the past few days. Some of the plot is easily all too apparent though, and despite the rare curve-ball it throws at times, it plays out fairly safely. Albeit a rather violent 'safely'.

Liking all the cast, and it's decent fluff so here's hoping for a few series.

    Community s1 - 9/10

A easy show to watch with a few laughs here and there which was heading for a 7/10. Then the paintball episode happened which was pure brilliance as were the final two.

Looking forward to the 2nd season.

Chevy Chase is gone though. Unlike many other people,I thought he was one of the best things about the show.

I like S4. Not 9/10 like the other seasons, but still a good 7-8/10 for me.

    24 Series 8 - 9/10

"I'm sorry Jack". You sad, pathetic fool! You have no idea how sorry you're going to be.

Just finished watching 24 series 8 again. Outstanding. Can't wait to see what they do with the new series.

The Resident Evil films. I'm one of the reasons they keep making them.

Parks and Rec Seasons 2-4. 9/10
Absolutely loving this show, comedies with a cast list as stupidly great as this one are few and far between.
For me it's still a close call between Andy and Ron Swanson as to who's the most consistently amusing character...
The BBQ lover in me says it has to be Ron though.
The only slightly weak link in the cast is Aubrey Plaza, there's just something 'off' about her performance.
Ohh and Kudos to Rob Lowe too, between this, Californication and that recent Liberace flick I feel he's due a huge career revival.
Just finishing off the last season now.

Give me all the bacon and eggs you have.

Excuse me, son, let me clarify. When I said "give me all the bacon and eggs you have" I fear that what you heard was "Give me a lot of bacon and eggs." What I meant was "give me ALL the bacon and eggs you have."
    Ahhhhh, Ron. He's awesome.

And Rob Lowe's character I think is *literally* - the only character on TV who consistently uses the word 'literally' correctly.

    Millennium - Season 3

This amazing series loses its way in the final season. It's still a great watch, but the ending is a bit flat and it lost what made the previous seasons so good.

Wasn't part of the deal with House of Cards that they got two seasons commissioned right out the gate?

Lots of impressions in the thread for it. A summary would be expected it to be crap and it turned out to rather enjoyable

Da Vinci's Demons - 7/10 - Pretty enjoyable and a good cast. It's really an alternate world Da Vinci where he is a swashbuckling womanising drug addict genius. It's by David Goyer who apparently had something to do with the Batman films. It also has boobs in it. It's certainly worth a watch though it gets a lot of hate on IMDB for not being historically accurate. If you are not a moron though and understand it's not even remotely going for historical accuracy it's enjoyable fluff.

For anyone who's seen all of Fringe. Does the story ever drop the 'freak of the week' formula? I'm enjoying it, wifey is getting a bit bored of it, we're about 4 episodes into season 2.
I think she'd rather it just focused more on one big story, which I can see it kind of does it's just revealing aspects of the bigger picture very slowly.

Freaks and Geeks on US Netflix

    9/10

Was this even shown here when it was originally made? Anyway it's a great high school drama/comedy that gave many of today's comedy stars their big break. Well worth checking out if you have Netflix.

Can't believe it only got eighteen episodes.

Freaks and Geeks is so good, it's a terrible shame that it got cancelled, although it does freeze it at peak quality, I guess. I gave it to my niece for her 16th birthday and she loved it too.

A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Bill Haverchuck is one of TV's greatest characters. Maybe second only to George Costanza.

I meant the US remake. I'm sure that Netflix commissioned two at once to sweeten the deal.

    Breaking Bad - Series 4 9/10

After watching series 1, 2 & 3 in a binge last year I got a got a bit fed up after one episode after the other for about a week and then didn't bother watching series 4.

First day off sick for about 2 years this week and decided to lay in bed and watch series 4. Alwats loved Cranston in everything he's been in from Seinfeld to Malcolm but in this he is just unbelievable. I've actually started rooting for him to be taken down as the character has changed over the seasons. The cliffhanger at the end of series 4 just sets it up nicely for the final season. Can't wait.

Smells Like Friday Night - it was a one-off so technically I've seen the entire season.

    2/10

Points for the music. Points off for everything else. Especially the presenters.
