    Great news, Jonsaan.
    /jaffa

Was thinking the other day how your posts and comments remained so sharp and quick-witted throughout. I'm sure they don't tell the whole story but that's an inspiring level of resilience.

Can't recall this being asked before, did you have to make any massive changes to your diet during the treatment? Major amounts of vegetables, no artificial sugars, etc. Wondering if you gave that sort of thing any credence.

Nope. I just carried on being me. But I am not especially unhealthy lifestyle wise anyway to be honest. I won't smoke doobs anymore, but that was a very infrequent thing for me anyway.

Seriously, that's quite a relief. I don't think I've gone a single day on this forum without wondering how you were doing. Not really the thing you want to bring up though.

    Well fucking played.

So. Latest CT scan and still no cancer! The lymph nodes have shrunk down even more and there is still scar tissue but that is very common with semi noma. Bloods markers are completely normal. I feel better than I have in years to be honest! The tinatus will be with me forever, but I can live with that!

A bit self indulgent but I felt an update was long overdue!

I now move to yearly scans and 4 monthly check ups.
