Yara is ironborn. She would be disowned if she wore makeup. Theon pissed off his dad by wearing decent clothes last season.
It wasn't the clothes, it was the jewellery that he hadn't paid the iron price for. At least, that is my recollection.
Did you pay the Iron Price or the Gold Price for that lipstick?
-I took this makeup from a lordling's keep just before I burned it to the ground, innit.
    Good girl.

I think Obsidian is made from Dragon Fire not Volcano.

    Valar morghulis.

Obsidian is a real thing: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obsidian

Dragonglass could conceivably be different from obsidian, but I'm pretty sure Sam used the terms interchangeably.

Maybe Yara's story of rescuing Theon is just a cover and she wants some lippy!

    matrim, that's what I thought 2 pages ago ;)

And wildfire is a thing as well, doesn't stop it being something magical here.

LB, you really are a massive geek.

I thought it was a great episode, every scene was done fantastically well. A really good ending to the season, it ended a few big arcs and set a few new ones
    up nicely.

I have to wonder though, why is Dany so intent on invading Westeros when she seems to be able to take over Essos with little resistance?

I love that how now the Starks are no more, the other families have just been informed that Winter is now really coming. On a side note, those ravens are fucking FAST.

Yes every raven is fitted with a warp drive.

Guess they forgot to mention that in the show... :)

No spoilers please but I wonder if these will grow large enough to be ridable? I think that would be pretty expensive to do for a television show! IIRC the previous living dragons were stunted according to the references to the throne room from the series.
There was definitely a line from Stannis' daughter about Aegon(?) riding a dragon.
Just rewatching season one. Episode 4: cripples, bastards and broken things.
Viserys in the bath with his pleasure house girl is talking of dragons and the skulls in the throne room of the red keep. He describes how the ones near the entrance were small and stunted, no larger than a dog's skull. The ones near the throne are massive.

I hope Yara has a love child with the Hostel fan that then goes on to have a love child with Joffy that THEN goes on to rule all of Wästrås.

    Would. Be. Epic.

She sort of went a bit power mad and just suddenly decided it was hers by right. I know he was a dick to her but she was more than happy to watch her brother get killed.

S2 was at the brat stage and then in 3 its all I love everyone/[well except poor Jorah].
Still her freeing the unsullied was one of the best scenes this season.

I'm sticking with White Tiger and the other name doesn't wind me up simply because as I said I picked it because of Shenmue.

But yes back to the show.

Illyrio with the funny beard. Who's house they were staying at as guests before she was married off. He was sat amongst the guests of honour at the wedding (next to Jorah?) and when everyone started handing over gifts to the bride, he gave the 3 "petrified" (ha!) dragon eggs.

@twelveways He says in the video I posted From the shadow lands beyond Asshai.

But he didn't know they would hatch as he thought they had turned into nothing but stone
