I hate Learners. I try to run them off the road to scare them. They shouldn't be allowed in a car. They don't know what they are doing FFS

Sounds like you don't know what you're doing if you're deliberately being a cunt on the road.

    You're worse than them.

It was the business! God, I loved that car. Razzy 1.3 engine meant that it was cheap to insure but you could put it around corners on its doorhandles.

I'm sure half the people on the roads this week have been drunk. One person decided to drive straight over the centre of a roundabout (one of those where there is grass and plants) another person who, on a 2 lane road decided to move in front of me as I was overtaking them. There was no one else on the road and no reason to move at all.

Several others have just been far more shit than usual.

I was late for work on monday because someone decided that an entire sliproad wasnt enough, so they turned the corner onto it, mounted the verge and knocked down a traffic sign.

I still cant work out how they did it. 30mph road with a 90 degree turn onto a 20ft wide (at least) sliproad onto the A40 and they still managed to go straight off it.

Where was PhoenixF at the time? Can he account for his whereabouts?

Manual all the way. Never driven an automatic before! Was determined at the start that I could never manage with manual gears but now I can't see how I ever struggled.

That's the thing about manual, in the end you don't even think about it anymore. Congrats and see you on the road!

Another 2 hour lesson tonight. Driving in the dark is much more tiring. Concentration + headlight glare = tiredness.

Doing alright though. Driving quite a bit in my own car the weekends. Probably taking the test in March.
