@Mr_Sleep Clark was great in defence today. Dawkins looked okay when he came on. Weimann lost his head after that miss and was rightly substituted. Bowery looked very nervous and did enough.

We send too many people forward for free kicks. There were times where if West Ham could counter quickly, we would have been exposed. Hopefully we don't do that against Arsenal as we'll get punished.
He was good, maybe only one mistake of any note, he commanded things pretty well. I think it's important that Vlaar and Baker are there as he's always been a better sweeper than anything else. He still gets too close to the opponent but he seems to be learning.

That miss from Weimann will take some getting over I think. It was appalling and very unlike him. I'm not sure he'll get over it very easily. Bowery showed some really good stuff, especially in defence, it was just going forward he was lacking a bit, I was very impressed with him for the most part though.

I think our chances against Arsenal rest very much on whether Wilshire is fit, he's been the difference for Arsenal recently. And yeah, far too many upfront for many free kicks.

Oh and also, Delph was excellent today, he seemed to lost some spark towards the end but I think he's showing some real promise.

One last thing, Diame is excellent and deserves a better side than West Ham.

He was responsible for the three goals vs Villa and once again fucks it up for us here. Should no longer be a professional. Might as well with ten.

Sky have less than subtlety ignored the fact it was Neville at fault for both goals. They love a villain, and Heitinga will do for now.

Helped we gave him 50 yards of free space to play it into, awful defending.

    Yup ...

    ... shame really!

The regulation battle is the most exciting thing about the Premier League this year.

Fair play regulations don't start until next season do they?

Yeah City are pretty much fucked.

United have still got to play Chelsea, City and Arsenal but the rest all pretty much like guaranteed three pointers. Edit: Except maybe Stoke away

City have still got to play Chelsea, United and Spurs but they've also got Everton and Newcastle to play.

Yea but only Arsenal is away. Other two are at home. Personally want FA cup this year :)

Oh and buy Baines in the summer. Him and Rafael would be top class

No complaints about that. Two goals were sloppy, but ho hum.

Really pleased with that. Was a big game to win. It'd take a colossal balls-up for us to miss out on the title from here.

Must be so easy supporting the likes of Man Utd and Barca.

8 wins out of 12 would put MU on 89, City's max tally. It'd take a monumental capitulation worse than last year to blow it now given its a bit of a leap to assume City would win 12 on the bounce, including the derby. Hate all the paying out from the bookie bollocks though, christ. Last year proved it doesn't sheeit until you cross the line.

    Nah man, it's pretty easy.
Nah its not. Easier at moment just down to RVP to be honest. Wednesday should be fun

Yeah it isn't easy when things aren't going your way. Obviously we enjoy a decent amount of success and as such the expectations are higher, but the results that go against us are as tough to take as any. Losing out on the PL in the last minute, losing 2 CL Finals to the same team, getting thumped by your local rivals 1-6 at home. Obviously it is a different level of dissappointment (not saying it is any worse than any other teams' setbacks mind) but the rough patches are just as hard to take.
