I'd love to take credit for it, but it was Darren Gibson of Everton. I just reposted it. :o)

Sounds like Reading failed in a late move for Tom Ince.

I should add, I call it a result that we kept our players.

And no offence to the QPR fans here, since they are a nice bunch, but I hope they go down. The shenanigans deserve it.

    Yeah, some consolation at least.

QPR have relegation written all over them - £12m for Samba is up there with Carroll's valuation.

Mirallas playing last night was as good news as I could hope for. If he can stay fit...

Seems a shame for Odemwingie, although it's hard to feel too sorry for someone who is already on ridiculous wages when he's prevented from earning even more ridiculous wages somewhere else. He's already earning more in a week than the average british worker earns in a year.

El Presidente, surely you don't feel any sympathy for him? He's a class A twatburger of the highest order.

    I can at least add to it;
"and Harry Redknapp, wants to sign me, so where's that contract? I'll sign it, maybe."

Genuine question to qpr fans (and spurs fans I guess); is Jermaine Jenas a better player than Faurlin?

I haven't seen Jenas play in so long I couldn't tell you. Ale hasn't been right for some time though. Was brilliant until he did his knee, Hughes rushed him back at the start of the seaon and his fitness and confidence just haven't recovered.

I'd like to think he'd come back to us at the end of the season but it looks like Harry just doesn't fancy him.

fair enough. I say that because I dont think he is. Faurlin is out of form, but a run of games and he has the greater talent of the 2.

    Just seemed rather unnecessary.

To be fair to him it's clear QPR had a big part in him turning up there. He spoke about Arry showing faith in him and so on so they've obviously tapped him up. Similar to the Berbatov/Utd deal where Levy didn't sanction a sale but he turned up there and Spurs were forced to sell. Fair play to WBA for not budging though.

I've no doubt he was tapped up, but there are also reports that Odemwingie was told he could leave if we bid 3.5, we bid 3.5, he said goodbye to everyone. WBA then decided they wanted Hoilett as well, and we weren't interested in that.

Both sides could have handled it better, but lets just be thankful it gave us some LOLs on an otherwise very dull night.

Yeah since Harry took over, Win against Chelsea away, draws against Spurs and Man City, No goals conceded against 3 of the top 4. Gradually stopped the rot. Liverpool drubbing was the worst result

You can feck off if you call that the form of a relegation team, especially recently, last 6 games have us mid table form wise.

Hughes left us in the shitter, Redknapp has at least given us a lifeline.

Game against Norwich vital, could undo all the good work done.

So? Blackpool and Burnley were actually beating those teams and still went down.

Your club is a joke that shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the Premier League. Don't start excusing their ridiculous behavior just because you support them. That's what Liverpool fans do.

Thats quite plainly not true. Unless Harry specifically said 'turn up tomorrow and we will sign you. I will write a contract out on the back of a napkin', he has the intelligence of a five year old.

West Brom wanted £5m for Odemwingie. QPR bid £3.5m.

As a WBA fan myself I'm angry at QPR but even more angry at Odem himself as he is a smart guy and should know better. He speaks 7 languages FFS!!
