Why is Wenger moaning about what other teams do again

Why can't he just concentrate on our own bloody team.

Just because he is incapable of any transfer deals doesn't mean everyone else should be limited

IMO, the boy is getting off too lightly.
We're talking about a freaking 17 year old, who publicly says he's gonna time waste, actually does it, pretends like he had the people's elbow put through his ribs, oh and is the spoilt c*nt son of the director.

He seems to be walking away from this rather untouched imo.

It's all bollocks really. The Window is for everyone, that's as fair as it can get. Why say it should be limited to 2? Who's he to decide that?

Not lik he would even buy 2 anyway. I bet his tune would change too if we suddenly had 3 long-term injuries in the squad (Diaby of course being one of them).

He's not broken any laws, nor is he subject to the same regulations that a player is. Short of being punished by his parents (which I'm sure he is), not sure what else you expect to happen to him...

Which seems to make you incredible angry for some reason I can't quite make out.

Any player who kicks out at someone and is caught is sent off and generally charged with violent conduct. This is like, completely standard stuff because of what Hazard did. What the egit ball boy did doesn't really matter. I imagine he will be disciplined by a) Swansea and b) His dad for making him look like a muppet

Well, he did boot someone who wasn't part of the game. Would have been the same if it was a steward, someone on the bench etc.
This is where I come down on this argument. Would it be alright if Ferguson was sat on the ball and Hazard walked over and kicked him to get it.

Of course, the solution is to have the clock stop at every dead ball, then time wasting is pointless but it's yet another thing that football is behind other sports in.

You are a factory of sadness.

Players are aloud to dive around and pull faces as much as they want. I don't see why ballboys should have to hold themselves to a higher standard.

I like how the fact the ballboy comes from money means he is even more of a cunt than he would be if he were a poor chimney sweep.

    He totally called it

Whatever the question is, kicking a teenager in the stomach is never the answer.

Players time waste every week, no one says they deserve a kicking.

Throw the book at the Chelsea cunt.

It wasn't a deliberate kick though. He just wanted to get the ball and get on with the match. A 17-year old just happened to come in the way of his foot. Is that really so bad?

You can argue as much as you want about the Zaha fee,  but it's in the same region as fees for other young English players. Even if he "fails", his value isn't going to decrease much, if at all.

Utd are certainly making a good go of building a young English core. Smalling, Jones, Powell, now Zaha. Strange that the supply of good local players seems to have dried up though.

I wonder how much we're paying these people. Maple Lego-Mwibbly is apparently on 60k.

They say he's something special to be fair (the next Patrick Viera?). Garnered a lot of hype, definitely the most exciting transfer yet and will do wonders for Anita and Cabaye in midfield.

And the club got him cheap so can perhaps afford a higher wage (by NUFC standards).

To be fair your lot don't even pay the market rate for English players - you pay more ;)

Pardew's not totally happy with all these Frenchies.

"It's not where we want to go. We want to make our own players, but the truth is the players from the academy we put in haven't produced.

"I'm hoping it's too early for them, and that Sammy (Ameobi), Shane Ferguson, James Tavernier and Adam Campbell come through. They need to, because we can't keep buying players.

"If you can't learn about being a person and a footballer from Yohan Cabaye, then you shouldn't be a footballer. The guy gives you everything.

"He's not a local boy, he's not from London or Manchester - he's from France. It's about good players and that's what the Newcastle's fans want.

"The game has changed, the English game is morphing into the European game. There's more thinking, the passion and the speed is often tweaked up for the Premier League."
