As far as im concerned, QPR have got themselves into the mess their in by signing a bunch of players just like Joe Cole : a player who, at some point in their career, has shown great promise at one point, but has since fallen to much lower standards yet still somehow manages to demand VERY high wages :
There's probably blame on all sides from Hughes and his scouting team who selected the players, to Fernandes who sanctioned it.
I guess Harry's famous motivational skillz are not quite strong enough to overcome the mercenaryness (sic) of the playing staff. Somehow I doubt Joe Cole is the answer though.

Its not very often QPR release the details or transfer fees when they sign someone (i wonder why?) but it doesnt take a genius to figure out that they probably spent close to £20 million in transer fees for that bunch and fuck knows what on wages.
Then you throw in players like Hoilett, Julio Cesar and Stephane Mbia. Easily QPR's three best players (technically) but they all picked QPR over bigger clubs for some reason.
If Bosingwa is on £65,000 a week, i can only assume those three are on close to £100,000 a week.
