I bet Berbatov could make a Banjo sound classy.

You are a factory of sadness.

You clearly haven't been watching us or simply have absolutely no idea what you are talking about if you think Chelsea's recent lack of wins is down to those midfield players not working together
Leo Messi scores grals from thise positions that single-handedly win Barca games. Have Harzard or Oscar or Mata single-handedly won Chelsea games when other areas of the team haven't been up to scratch?

Nope. Yes the strikers have been awful, but perhaps if Chelsea played with two up top instead of the three-one then they would have more points on the board.

But yeah, I haven't seen Chelsea play and have no idea as to what I'm talking about.

To be fair to Mata, in the 2-1 win over Arsenal he scored one and made the other, in the 4-2 win over Spurs he scored 2 and made one other.

    That's not bad.

Yeah, he did well in those two games. Lawro's point was, you need a 30-goal-a-season player in one of those positions for the formation to bear fruit. I think he's right.

I'm not sure of the actual stat but it seems like 90% of our goals come through one of those players. Mata has 7 goals and 10 assists in 14 games this season. pretty good for someone in that position, Hazards record ain't bad, more assists though and Oscar has 4 goals in 4 games in the Champions league. Apparently we are playing without a striker tonight which is where our problem lies, that and poor defending. Luiz and Bertrand don't work well together

Fucking hell morriss, you spackhanding your phone again?
yeah. Forgot to change language settings. Auto comp went mental.

Chelsea create enough chances to win every game. The lack of a finisher is the problem, not the defense.

One of my brothers mates is a Chelsea season ticket holder and he is absolutely convinced that if RDM had sold torres at the start of the season, they would be clear at the top by now.

Yep we create enough chances because those attacking midfielders work so well together. Lawros point though was that they are too similar in the way they play to work in the same team and that they all want to play in the centre and it becomes too congested which hasn't been the case.
TBF that was the first game that all 3 had started and since then he has gone back on that and said in his prediction column how good they have been.

This is a bit depressing really. I would have thought that if we could all agree on something then it's the fact Lawro doesn't have a clue.

Absolutely hilarious. "Joke of a club" doesn't even cover it any more.

Guardiola's a fucking idiot to say yes. He's a manager who needs time to completely re-structure a club - he won't get it.
  • Deleted user 21 November 2012 09:12:56
Abramovich is the epitome of what is wrong with football these days.

Hope RDM gets a big fat payoff and Chelsea proceed to finish mid-table at best.

Oh, and Pep to LOL his ass off when offered the job leading to Benitez and his beard being installed to sate the fans...

Playing decent football after winning the Champions League for the first time in the clubs history. Encounter a few hard weeks in Oct/Nov? SACKED.

An absolute laughing stock, even more so than Liverpool and that's saying something.
