I've never said Suarez is definitely leaving, but I've certainly seen a few Liverpool fans on here say he's definitely staying, which seems presumptuous at the very least.

I imagine he will be squad rotation fodder then sold to Sunderland in 12 months.

It could be worse. At least nobody wants to buy any of your players.

David James is bankrupt. Always was poor at saving (etc etc).

Got a smile from me (the joke, not James' financial difficulties). I have been drinking though.

How did that come about (James' financial difficulties, not the joke)?

If Liverpool sold Suarez, we could hardly do a worse job than Spurs did replacing Bale. We have Champions League football and a high profile after playing some great football and mounting a serious title challenge.

Southampton will sell Lallana this summer as he'll want to secure a big move while his stock is high. He could easily have a poor season next year and sink into relative obscurity. Southampton will say they sold him for 30m, Liverpool will say 20m, and everyone will be relatively satisfied. None of the other teams in the Champions League spots need a player like Lallana. Spurs have Eriksen, Holtby and Lamela. United have Mata, Kagawa, JamJam Jazz and No. 10 Wayne Rooney. And I don't see many foreign clubs being willing to pay the English player tax.

Yea it'll be grand if you lose your most productive player. Won't make a difference at all...

Yeah because that is exactly what I said or is precisely what any person of normal intelligence would assume that I meant when I said no such thing.

Rodgers isn't a fucktard as the previous Liverpool managers. Reckon they will waste cash - he does like some cack - but they will still do well without Suarez. No title challenge, but up there.

Of course, if there is a god he will relegate them next season.

I think without Suarez they would be royally fucked. They did alright without him after his bitey and racism bans (lovely chap) but Sturridge was stretched and overall Suarez's assists are as vital as his goals.

An out of form Sturridge (he is english after all) and no suarez would have seen liverpool get beat a fair bit last season imo. It's not as if they would have been scraping 1-0's with that leaky defence.

We're building a statue of Suarez outside Portman Road, to go with Sir Bobby and Sir Alf.

Latest rumour on the van Gaal train is that he's going to make RVP captain.

Does that mean he's going to leave at the end of next season? :p

Edit: Obviously I'm talking about united not Oranje.

Can he shout loud enough to organise and motivate the team from the Old Trafford treatment room?

In fairness, all the players seemed to like him when he was our captain - did lots of work off the pitch to build team relations etc

Supposedly we're going after Thorgan Hazard now. Wonder if Chelsea would even consider selling to us?

Pointless transfer. They already have the best rb in the league with Zabaleta.

Just had a random thought. If Rafa was still Chelsea manager they would have won the league.
