This is Big Sam's chance - beat Man City tomorrow and Real Madrid is all his.

Will you fuckers give it a rest?! You made it into the champions league. If someone gave that to you at the start of the season you'd be a happy bunch.

Quit bitching about people being mean to you poor Liverpool fans. Enjoy the ride and the relative success it might be a long time till it happens again.
You do realise that from our side it seems like you fuckers who keep going on about it don't you?

Qualifying for the Champions league is a helluva achievement. No doubt about that. But this is what us Liverpool fans will look like at our Champions League qualification party.

I'm happy we are in the CL but damn man, we were so close. So bloody close.
Maybe a miracle will happen tomorrow at the Etihad but i highly doubt it.

    /sniff sniff

Why can't they all just get along like we all do in The Championship? ;)

I hope that both things happen and that we get a new manager! :) Will be good to see the back of fat Sam.

Either that or 'The Official Cherry Picked 18 Month Period Where We Still Didn't Actually Come 1st Anyway.... Whoops, Probably Shouldn't Have Bunked Off Maths So Much At School...' thread. The current one just isn't relevant anymore.

Which teams does everyone in here support? For the record I support West Ham and my local non league team Welling United (season ticket holder) :)

Not at all. Everybody I know supports a Premier League team and their local non league side. If people didn't support a pro side and a semi professional team, then non league football would cease to exist.

You'll miss him when he's gone. In fact, I can see Hammers fans singing YNWA to Sam after the game has ended :)

Liverpool and Chester for me. 15 years ago I'd have said Chester then Liverpool, but franky I've found it hard to carry on loving a club that has had idiots and (alleged) drug dealers as owners and a turnover of players that really makes it hard to have any kind of connection. Been going to see Chester more in the last three seasons since we went to community ownership and comedy leagues.

If you support two teams, who would you support if they played each other?

My closest club when growing up were too rubbish to watch so I could support who I want.

I've noticed loads of chelsea fans in the past few years. Not seen any city fans yet. Generally kids naturally support the best team. So Liverpool if you are 35-45, Manchester united if you're 13-34 and chelsea if you're 5-12. Oh and spurs if you were young around 1990.

Northampton Town and possibly Liverpool. I loved them after watching that amazing comeback in Milan, plus a gf at the time supported them. Plus my best mate.

But then three years ago Northampton went to Anfield in the Carling cup... We smashed them. Sort of had conflicting feelings since. Loved Spurs as my fifa team, then they sold Bale and became shit. Tried following Arsenal because that's the family team, couldn't do it. Do its Northampton and sort of Liverpool. Almost don't want to like them again now for fear of plastic name abuse ;)

    Cissť out now for ages.......

Newcastle fans reckon he'll be sold? Looked so so promising, I can't help but wonder what went wrong for him. That goal against Chelsea was amazing. Thought he was destined for the top.
De Jong doesn't look like the answer for you, so, where next?
