Would the fan revolt against him have been less bad if their home form was better? i.e. same points, more wins at home, more losses away.

Carvalho's supposed to be very good, though I haven't seen much of him first hand. Glowing reports though from all I've read.

Don't know who the second player is supposed to be, hope it's not Coleman.

Genuinely very worried about players not wanting to play under Moyes though. Going to be a very interesting summer, probably pursue unrealistic targets all summer and sign an unknown who performs well in the World Cup then flops.

I certainly think that was a big part of AVB's demise. You reverse his home and his away form and I'm pretty much certain he'd still be in the job.

Whoever the manager is in the summer ( though I can't imagine it not being Moyes ) they will be given a lot of money to invest. Daniel Taylor who's usually quite knowledgable was reporting two deals have already been lined up.
Hopefully one of those is for a new manager.

I don't think it would make much of a difference to be honest. There hasn't cen been much of a revolt truth be told. Fans getting behind the team still and no audible booing at Old Trafford yet. Only reason for that is that he was hand picked by Fergie.

You need to stop taking from us. You clearly can't handle our talent. Too much for you.

I'm half expecting us to sign Crouch or Carroll. Someone up top to get on the end of all those wonderful crosses. We'll probably offer Everton 」4.62, half a curly wurly and a bag of kettle chips for Baines too.

I think Mata is more like a club signing rather than a manager hand picking a player like say Fellaini.

If Moyes has a style he wants to implement that isn't from the dark ages I think people would give him another season but he has shown absolutely nothing. The squad isn't so bad they can't play something close to good tactics.

Scholes was good on Sky Sports last night. Doesn't hold back, get the feeling him and Gary would like to take over Man U. Hope he does another one.

I'd like to see Scholes take over. Watching him fail would be even funnier than the current situation.

At least get him in as a defensive coach.

    Dirty, dirty Sunderland.

The ref seems determined to give Sunderland every possible advantage.

Can't say watching Liverpool Sunderland was how I wanted to spend my Wednesday. Still as much as you think I hate Liverpool I dislike Poyet far more and relish anything that moves them closer to the drop.
