It'll be the lock that they cut off after he scored, surely?

Just see Adam on Paulinho. Disgusting. He's lucky he's out for just a month.

Its one of those 'clubs must play a full strength side' things. I think its generally a gentlemans agreement rather than an actual clause in the paperwork.

It's FA rule that they can't play. They used to before.

If you allow players to play against their parent clubs does it not risk all kinds of shady actions?

@faux_carnation Guess that was the logic behind it,  but then I'd say it's still up to the borrower to decide whether they play them. If you're not sure the player will try, don't play them. Stupid that the FA doesn't think clubs are sensible enough to decide on their own.

I thought the clubs did decide? I remember Lualua scoring against us while on loan at Pompy.

Nope. Not in the league, but OK in cups.

Don't know,  but probably because we are the root of all evil in football.

Not convinced Martinez who was just relegated, and shown himself as capable of naive displays as much as good underdog ones, is suddenly a managerial genius. Still feel there's a lot being carried over from Moyes on the defensive and team spirit side as well as an already competent 6th place squad. I doubt Martinez ends up improving on that, just make it look prettier.

Money talks sadly but will probably not happen anyways.

I see Charlie Adam's been getting it from all sides. My only defence for Adam is that he's a shite tackler and I genuinely don't know what gets into his head sometimes, I've said it during matches.

Just as a throwaway comment, I seem to remember a particularly nasty challenge on Pieters from Lamela that seems to have gone under the radar.

That's not much of a defence...

Finished Sir Alex's Autobiography. It's pretty boring.

Charlie adam should be banned from playing against us. He caused injuries to several of our players. Always gets away with it as well the moronic twat.
