Yup, hopefully all the ridiculously over-hyped Dummett love will come the fuck down now. He cost us a goal last week and already cost us a goal today.

Definitely. The stripes themselves are bad enough, let alone with the same colour shorts too.

Cisse getting wound up by a bloke in a foam suit and comedy shoes there. What a level-headed young man.

Ha! At least not quite as bad as one of his predecessors who found inanimate objects to his dislike.

Eriksen on the bench again for Spurs. AVB is playing havoc with my FF.

Nope. Guessing he needs more time to adjust, and Townsend hasn't done anything to warrant being dropped. It's a meritocracy down WHL.

Geoff: Franz, what do you think of Andre Schurrle he must be very popular in Germany right now?
    Beckenbauer: Who?

    Quality.

Choose Paulinho instead, he's always getting game time and he gets a pleasant number of goals and assists.

Called him Shurley. Is that kinda like when people call Giggs, Giggsy or is that how you actually pronounce Schurrle?

One of the ITV twats says Nick-call-lah Anelka. Is that right or wrong?

Who is this Daniel Sturridge you speak of?
I only know of David Sturbridge.

I would say Shoo-ur-luh, but I don't have much of an idea on German pronunciation.

Nee-co-la Anelka would be correct, I think. Actually, I think the 's' would carry over because of the surname beginning with a vowel. Nee-co-laz!

    Analysis with David Pleat:

"Manchester City have gone up a notch with the influx of money. They are a real contender."

    Incisive.
I for one agree - I think the influx of money might allow them to win the title as soon as, oh, two years ago.

Gary Neville has never heard of airplane. That wouldn't surprise me with most footballers but come on!
