This is where it is going to hit Liverpool. Wins stopped once Coutinho got injured, hole plugged by Suarez coming back.

Thanksfully, without the other competitions, the players have a chance of staying vaguely fresh.

And, thankfully, Spurs did just that. Everyone's happy!

Coutinho was playing poorly before he got hurt.

Except when they played each other this season, and on the points table.

The sight of Neil Kinnock going mental in the Fulham home end when we scored will live with me forever.

I love this: read it in the paper. Kinnock's always struck me as a generally good egg, and lifelong fan of a local club helps that.

    Well, as I understand it...

hoping for some more failure tonight. Always liked moyes and united but seeming them lose makes me feel better about my own life for some reason. I hope they get relegated, I might become a fan at this rate.

@RedSparrows Yep, followed us through thick and thin and the media gave him a lot of hassle about supporting us back in the 80s. Decent bloke as well and always good to see some of the older fans lovings the time in the top flight.

Also, when a few angry Fulham fans approached him he said "Good afternoon gentleman, the name's Neil Kinnock" :D.

He was poor to his standards but that doesn't mean he wasn't effective in matches, since he came out of the midfield there's no one in there to carry the ball that extra 10-15 yards under pressure in the final 3rd, Hence it coming straight back to us via a counter attack. LoL

The return of the Flamini lover? Just bring back Hleb and I'm sure Generica will stop aggressively abusing people.

Liverpool should bid 40,000,001 for Ozil in the Jan transfer window, just to see what would happen next.

A quick rejection of the bid?

There really is no parallel with the Suarez situation there so I'm not sure what your "point" is.

I think everyone would have a good chuckle. And Chips would question what John W Henry was smoking!

If they did, Arsenal should accept it and watch Liverpool frantically try to offload half their squad to pay it.

You're right; it would be VERY strange for Arsenal to bid for Ozil in January.
