Why no yellow card for Ramires?

Also, is it me or is Eden Hazard one of the most underwhelming Premier League signings? He seems to have so little influence in matches and has had very few standout matches, especially considering what he is paid and the transfer fee paid for him.

Argh, why did I leave Mata in my FF team? Just realised. Lukaka on the bench too.

Yeah he has been terribly underwhelming, considering his cost and hype (and his whoring), he's got the touch of the Nasris (current version, and previous arsenal version before 6 month purple patch) about him.

Got all sorts of points in fantasy football last year, although a handful fewer than Mata. He's got skills, maybe he just needs a bit of seasoning and a bit less believing he's already made it.

Mata's better though. If it's acceptable to play a specialist defensive midfielder with very limited attacking duties, why can't you field a game changing attacker and make the rest of the team carry him defensively? It's been done very successfully in other teams for years.

Oh, and Lukaku came off the bench today and scored (and made Mourinho look a bit stupid for letting him go) so that's 5 points for your fantasy team.

Brilliant 3rd from Hull - a few questions about Ben Arfa's tracking back mind.

Liverpool could've been battered here if they didn't have Mignolet, who really is looking excellent.

Brendan likes to play from the back and all this sort of stuff.

    Thanks, Robbie. Enlightening.

Who's winning the sack race then? Jol or Di Canio for me.

Well that was a pleasant day of footie.

I have no idea why Mourinho let Lukaku go. He really is great.

Transformed the game as soon as he came on. Beast really is the only word to describe him - I can't believe he's only 8 years old or whatever.

    Because he's lost the plot?

Crazy decision, especially considering he's the closest thing to Drogba and the type of forward which has brought Mourinho success. Strange he would play Eto up front where before he played him on the right with either Ibrahimovic or Milito in the Drogba role. Perhaps it's to do with wanting to play more attractive football?

    Attractive with 2 DMs?
Mourinho simply doesn't trust in young players or interested in developing them. Only Raphael Varane broke his rule.

I don't think they're playing attractive football (which is what Mourinho has been banging on about the last few days) - quite the opposite, and I don't think playing with a big man up front and playing good football are mutually exclusive either.

And he actually plays intelligently too, not selfish at all. Him, Barkley and Mirallas were linking up very well. Exactly what we've been crying out for for many seasons.
