Hey, I'm just enjoying the fact we've won a few games and beaten the scum along the way.

Probably been done before, but this is quite interesting comparing early season hope against end of season reality.

The thing that table really highlights is just how awful Derby were that season

Hehe, this forum really does have an obsession with the Liverpool hate.

Anyways, Spurs will be even further from the top on Sunday when we give them a pasting :S.

Imagine having to watch that week in, week out. Every year I hope someone takes some records from us but I genuinely dont think its possible.

So I take solace from this, where we are a solid mid-table:

Don't get excited. Always see the broader perspective. Always.

Looks like our super secret third kit has been leaked on FIFA.

I like it lots more than the light blue away kit. And the home kit.

Very similar to a few years ago innit?
  • Deleted user 17 September 2013 10:16:29
Well, in terms of the colour it's one that comes along every now and then. It's my favourite of the colours we tend to rotate for away kits.

I had the old boob-hugging Kappa kit in that colour. Looked quite swish once you got past the fact people could see everything beneath it.

Random question, do you have HP as your shirt sponsor now cause they purchased Autonomy?

    Come and get it cumslingers!

  • Deleted user 17 September 2013 10:30:22
Sort of. It's a new deal, but a continuing relationship.

Yeah I recall you've had HP based sponsors for quite awhile. Thought Autonomy was your first break from HP for awhile and then they go buy them :)

Although maybe it wasn't a break from HP more that they were pushed into the background with more money coming in from Autonomy?

A little like what we've done with AON.

    Come and get it cumslingers!

  • Deleted user 17 September 2013 10:46:22
Nah, it's a two year old relationship. We had HP years ago but have had several sponsors since then - Mansion etc.

Were they a poker site or something? You never really hear of them.

Yeah, Chinese online gambling site. I don't think they really made the impact they were hoping.

It is quite interesting to see clubs have shirt sponsors that no one recognises like AIG.

I remember, speaking of HP, when we had ADS and no one knew anything about it until headlines of 'OMG ADS SUCK!' started cropping up in national papers after they fucked up a series of government projects.

It's not a bad plan all things considered. Every kick off I see tends to end with a hoof upfield and the sacking of possession. God knows what would have happened if they'd lost possession though!

You are a factory of sadness.
