Yeah, in the Supercopa - their Charity Sheild.

Last time in the league was 2009.

    Hated, adored, never ignored.

Which, co-incidentally, is after he found himself behind Benzema. Who was brought in by Perez (you know how political these club presidents are). And frankly, I don't care. I'll have him

Liverpool have included Suarez in their squad for the tour for the Far East.

It's all in Liverpool's hands at the moment.

If he stays because no deal with another club goes through, he'll work hard this coming season to get the move for next summer (and Liverpool's shopping ends).

If he goes, great! (and Liverpool can go shopping even more).

Its still a goal against barca. Your attempt at using 'flat track bully' didnt qualify that.

I was referring to a ridiculous stat of his in the Bundelisga that very year. Something like 3 or 4 of his goals came against opposition in the top half of the table.

    Hated, adored, never ignored.

I would walk away now, safe in the knowledge that your analogy was not a good one.

    It's a glorified friendly.

Suarez is also imho a bit of a flat track bully.

A very good player that scores plenty against inferior opposition, yet hasn't done it when it really mattered and subsequently lost the confidence of his coach in the big games.

I think that just about covers it.

These stats certainly support your view:

Which is why I think Liverpool should grab a penny over 30m and make a dash for the door.

We've had a 7m offer for Coentrao rejected.

Seems fair enough considering he cost Madrid nearly 30m two years ago. Bit of an odd one.

I'd forgotten all about him and his stupid hair.

You are a factory of sadness.

Seems like an extremely low offer. How long is left on his contract?

Not seen that much of him to know if he'd be a good signing or not. I know he has a good rep and is good going forward, but is he any better than BAE defensively?

You just know that any deal for a Real player is going to some kind of agreement on Bale. Probably a first refusal next year or something. Although they probably pretty much have that anyway.

I wish we would bid for Coentrao, rather have him then Baines.

Yeah, having a top quality england international follow your new coach over to guarantee there is at least one position on the field he has confidence in must suck.

It sounds as if Roma have signed young Dutch midfielder Strootman from PSV for 17m. He might be a replacement for Daniele De Rossi who is rumoured to be wanted by Chelsea

Swansea have bid 9m on Redodo Labuto.

Can't see FC Slangdescheinder letting him go for less than 10m.

    Come and get it cumslingers!

  • Deleted user 16 July 2013 12:49:23
    You signed Kinnear. Stop moaning.

@Deckard1 don't care what else you do, just buy Darren Bent.

    Please.

We'll throw Stephen Ireland and Hutton in for a bag of chocolate coins as well.
  • Deleted user 16 July 2013 12:50:25
You're going to need Bent once we've signed Benteke.

Does anyone ever really need Bent?
