Bookies are rarely wrong ( Except Suarez to Arsenal). Take the tennis yesterday....even at 2-0 down, Murray was still odds on to win.

Betting on someone winning the league is mug's game. When was the last surprise league winner? I don't think a true outside bet has happened in my lifetime.

If you really want a punt then Arsenal is the only one, but the odds probably don't make it worth it (which is the point).

I know a lot of people who nearly won reasonable money on liverpool if rafa hadnt bottled it, but they were hardly outsiders.

Anything over 10/1 and you are throwing your money down the toilet.

Seriously, who puts a tenner on a longterm bet like that? Weird.

Odds on Arsenal winning it are 10/1 so will get back 110 quid for 10 quid bet.

I guess it will be Man United, Chelsea or Man City for the title. Odds are the same for all of them.
I am learning as so much about betting and how odds etc work from your posts. Thanks.

I bet on city to win the league when we were 8 points clear...in the year they won it. It didn't help one tiny bit. In fact I had forgotten about it till the money arrived in my betfair account.

I remember winning on David Toms in USA PGA around the year 1998 or summat. 80-1. 10 quid on it. Was nice and by a huge distance my biggest ever return. EuroShitetalker can tell you how much the return was I am sure.

Any rumblings of Rooney leaving or getting another chance yet?

If only they didn't give him stupid high wages last time someone might take him.

The fans must be sick of him.

Hes doing the old trick of being a wanker rather than requesting a transfer so he retains his loyalty bonus.

I saw the women's football at the ricoh during the olympics.

Horrific. You could hear the faded sound of disintersted conversation, even throughout the goals.

They all do. Very few hand in transfer requests.

ITKlol, Spurs after Huntelaar if they can convince someone to take Adebayor off their hands.

Its a killer for the fans. Ive been to northampton a few times and its tiny, so I would imagine that they currently have more season ticket holders than it can accommodate.

The BBC article says CCFC's average attendance this season was about 10,069 or something along those lines. It says Northamptons ground has a capacity of about 7.5k but it's being upgraded to 10k soon.

But yeah i imagine the big games will now sell out totally

Christ, I didnt realise their attendance was so low. I always thought they were one of these well supported, down on their luck teams like wednesday.

So.....Huntelaar a target for Spurs if they can get rid of Agent Ade (good job Ade on last season's sabotage)?
  • Deleted user 4 July 2013 16:42:37
Isn't Huntelaar a target for Spurs every transfer window?

When ITK hits other forums before it hits the Spurs ones, it's generally not great ITK.
