Heh, as soon as the game kicked off I had a feeling we would score straight away.

Hmm. Suddenly thinking I may have renewed my season ticket prematurely. Fulham to go down? :(

Arsenal poor here, we look so complacent. I know QPR are playing shite but we should be taking advantage of that, 1-0 is not a secure scoreline.

    That'll do.

1-0 to the Arsenal, score early and defend.

    Steve Bould ftw

Christ, they are putting us through the wringer. Doubt QPR had much other than the belter from Remy but still. Thought it had equaliser written all over it.

Sounds like we were quite unlucky to come away with nothing today. Still not feeling 100% safe.

Weve been shit for the last 10 games.

But after years of moaning about playing tippy tappy football and not getting results, there is no looking past the fact that our form recently has been outstanding.

Any of the Newcastle lads on here feeling a bit fed up with Cabaye?

Not himself really. Almost certainly has no more than 2 games left in his Newcastle career and on current form I'll not be too upset to see him go.

Not a surprise we're in such trouble when our supposedly top class central midfield of Cabaye, Tiote and Sissoko have been so poor.

Anyone else think that Norwich are 'done for'?

I like Hughton, but we've been absolutely dreadful for the second half of the season. At least with Lambert we'd go down after actually attempting to score a goal. Terrible stuff.

I really couldn't begrudge Wigan if they stay up over us - everyone writes them off at the start of the season, and yet they always pull off a string of spectacular results to ensure survival.

At least if we do go down then I can't see anyone trying to nab any of our players - which will leave us with a fairly strong (if dejected) side.

Two games left - one at home against West Brom and one away to Man City. :/

Tiote has been crap for ages, I'm still hoping someone will give us good money for him.

I am a bit worried about us but I think we'll beat QPR next week. Based on that I think if Norwich don't beat West Brom they'll go down, although my bold relegation prediction would be Fulham to go down on goal difference.

Yeah I can't call it. On form I'd say either us or Norwich but you never know. Fulham and Stoke definitely aren't safe yet and neither are Villa despite going a long way towards it with today's result.

I hope so because I miss our derbies.

... you have a good manager though. I like Chris and he always comes across as a nice guy.

If you are regulated come the end of this season, you'll soon go back up up next year anyway, seeing as your squad is quite strong.

Heh, true - the Championship does hold some interesting games for us. :)

The games against Leeds would also be interesting - they were our feeder club for a good couple of years.
