Is that your subtle way of you saying it isn't?

And all he did was poke a ref in the chest for him to theatrically fall over.

    Poking a ref> Biting> Racism

Really hope he fucks off in the summer. Go join Zenit. He'd fit right in in Russia.

@CharlieStCloud No no no. I was merely suggesting the kind of treasonous opinions that COULD be considered ban worthy in such a glorious location.

    Praise be to Cell...!

Jesus, reading through that fucking rawk thread is hilarious

]utterly ludicrous. suarez has been in england for two and a half seasons and has had half a season of bans.

fully expect the club to bend over and take it gratefully.

Might as well write off next season already , when will this nightmare ever end

    :D

Fish fingers and chips pretty straight forward.

Write off next season? Is that admitting they are hopeless without him? A one man team?

We're going to have to change the Scouse Boom-bust cycle at this rate.

Repeat offender. Amazing that some people are struggling with this concept.

Because he has priors. Because past punishments have clearly not worked. It really isn't that difficult to understand.

Of course, they can't just ban him for being an all-round cunt. Unfortunately.

I must say faux, I'm surprised that you aren't frothing at the mouth like you were over the Racism incident.

That Jim White article is terrible, no sane person would describe what Suarez did as a 'nibble'.

There's no doubt in this case. He's a mentalist who bit another player on the pitch. Can't really argue with that.

There wasn't any doubt in the Evra case either, but that didn't stop the Liverpool lies from spreading.

The English FA have some prestigious friendlies coming up. Would be a big shame if our English players happened to pick up knocks in the run up to those games.
We'd probably be better with Johnson and co.

And also comparing what a young player with no form did to an established international who has spent a quarter of his liverpool career banned.

This really has highlighted the fact that its better to actually get caught on the pitch. Suarez would have been better off running up to the ref and telling him that he gnawed on ivanovic' arm.

This retrospective thing is ridiculous. Either allow retrospective reffing or just give everyone a three game ban for everything.

It's just the not being able to do anything when a Yellow has been issued that needs to change.

If he was Red carded they could adjust the ban according to the crime just as they have here.

    Brap, brap, old chap.

Biting an arm is not a more serious offence than racism. Two bites are, though :'D

Pretty much. Since he got a 7 game ban the last time he did it, there's no way he would have been given a shorter ban. If he didn't have previous it would have been no more than a 5 game ban imo.
