Mike Dean really looks like an awful stuck up prick.

Didn't have to put the ball out so what's the problem for the City players.

When? He's off the pitch almost 10 minutes?

Why is calling the Ref a cunt called dissent? I thought dissent was what a submarine does when it goes underwater :/

    Activate Fergie time!

Fish fingers and chips pretty straight forward.

Limping over the line in thoroughly uninspiring style. Haven't played well since Madrid.

Game just passed Giggs by.  Pointless him playing. Off to Stoke we go

Same with Rooney and Young, very poor. Ah well, not going to complain.

Nice of Dean to let Utd finish their attack unlike City in the first half. Good game though.

I get Rooney playing but Giggs was just pointless. He'd be better against Stoke in all honesty.

Just shows how bare the midfield is and how poor our wingers are.

Probably just on the wind up but there was an injury and substitutions in 2nd half injury time so that's probably what caused it.

Kagawa is one of the best players we have, on a technical level he's certainly up there, but he never plays the big games. Instead he gets to play against Norwich at home. Why buy him if you don't know how to use him? Fergie is really hit and miss with his team selections these days.

Fergie must go. Swap him for MON.

I think you're being a tad harsh. Man city are very difficult to break down and they were solid at the back tonight. United just couldn't get their passing game going, but that happens against top teams.

Carrick and Cleverly were excellent in all the big matches in the first half of the season. Giggs usually struggles against a high energy midfield, was strange team selection.

Kagawa coming on with 2 minutes to go even though we were struggling to create chances all the second half was equally bizarre.

Not disputing that but game need Cleverly not Giggs in all honesty. Midfield is poor and has to be addressed. Say the same every year since Hargreaves got injured.

Aguero's goal was good but summed up completely why I don't think Phil Jones is good enough to be a CB for Man Utd/England (yet...)

He get's caught ball watching and his starting position for when Aguero picks the ball up is terrible, with his back to goal. He was never going to be able to keep pace from there.

Undeniably a great finish, but Jones has to take the blame for that one, methinks.

I liked when Giggs decided the best way to win would be to try to start a fight with anyone nearby. The way United lost their heads reminded me of watching us lose derbies.

re The Great Machester Midfield Debate: name one United midfielder you'd put in your Fantasy team. It's a double gameweek coming up and even then nobody appeals, regardless of price.

Carrick. Simple. Only one that's done sod all this season. Depressing

He's on about fantasy football though where players like Carrick struggle to earn points, but yeah, he has been our only midfield player who hasn't been a dissapoinment this year.

He has 79 points to date this season (and is indeed their 'best' FPL midfielder).

Only 20-odd points behind the towering forces that are Jason Puncheon, Morgan Schneiderlin, and Jean Beausejour...

Wouldnt mind winning league at Emirates to be honest. RvP shouldn't play against Stoke. He looks shattered
